      On 1/21/23 I purchased a personalized Easter basket from Cake-Lust. To date, and after numerous emails and lame excuses, I still have not received my purchase. According to shipment tracking, it has been in Albany since 2/19/23. This was an Easter gift for my Grandson.       On January 29, 2023 I ordered an Easter basket with my granddaughters name embroidered on it. I was consistently getting tracking emails/updates showing it going from Ireland to ***********. On February 27, ******************************************************************* ***********, and they would update me when it was sent to the final destination. I have heard nothing from them cents. *** reached out to them now after 3+ weeks and ask them for updates and other than saying, its in the mail, they have now completely shut me down and not responded to anything. The tracking information is now nonexistent and doesnt seem to exist. And nobody is responding to me at all. I will be filing a grievance of fraud with my credit card company, and hopefully will be given the credit back then, but this company is clearly fraudulent and somebody needs to shut them down.

      I ordered 4 blankets back on 11/23/22 for $119.60 and then 2 additional blankets on 12/3/22 for $68.51. 3 blankets were bold print and 3 were cursive print. Noted in my bank account, I was charged $137.54 on 11/25/22. Disputed additional charge with bank and was refunded $17.94. ******** came one at a time over ***** weeks. Emailed company numerous times about location of items, they were supposed to be Christmas gifts. The 3 blankets with cursive font were of very poor quality and nothing like what website advertised. The bold print blankets were fair, slightly better quality. Asked for an exchange of 3 cursive font blankets for 3 new bold print blankets or refund $89.97. Sent pictures of items and website pictures of what was promised. Many emails exchanged. Cake-lust claiming "blankets as ordered" and not willing to refund money I spent on these 3 blankets or send me new blankets and I would return the less than quality blankets to CA address. Offered $3 refund and then increased to $5. Informed them this was not acceptable. They are not willing to compromise & perhaps give me even $80 in return. Extremely frustrating and blankets not acceptable as gifts to anyone.

      Ordered on November 14, 2022. Paid $61.49 Order # XXXXXSXXXXXX Only received two out the three blankets I ordered, and the quality of the two was horrible. Tried to contact the company for a return and no response.

      Four blankets were ordered from this site. It was advertised on Facebook. Each blanket was about $30. The order date was November 13, 2022 with an estimated delivery date of November 28. After contacting the business several times via email (there is no other contact information for the business) the tracking number has been changed several times. I have asked for a refund several times since the order was meant to be for Christmas and they were ordered in ample amount of time. However, the company has only sent me another tracking number and told me to be patient.

      I ordered 5 blankets from Cake-**** on Nov 11, 2022 for Christmas gifts. I like others was receiving daily shipping updates by mail until they reached the US then they stopped. I have not received the items as of Dec 27, 2022. I have paid for these items and would still like to receive them but have had no luck or responses from any place I could find to try and contact. Please help me to receive my items or get me some kind of contact. If the items are in the US why can't they be located? Thanks for all you can do. Much appreciated!

      Oct 17, 2022 I placed an order of 3 blankets from CaKe Lust I received 2 very poor qualities blankets. The total charged on the invoice was ******* They charged my account t ******* I email the company multiple time and keeping receiving the same emails.
