I ordered 4 blankets on Oct.23rd from cake-lust.com and I never received them. I read many reviews after, stating they are a scam business. The amount charged was $141.67 and they over charged me. It was supposed to be $123.00. When I emailed them about it, they actually credited us the $18.48. I read other reviews stating this happened to other people as well. I have emailed them about 5 times and got the same response each time. They said it was already in transit and they couldn't do anything about it. We do get emails telling us where the package is at and it came from *****, which I had no idea it was coming from another country. Now it's in ******** and has been there for 2 weeks. Many other reviews say they received 1 blanket the size of a towel or they don't receive them at all. Their last message on fb was that they had to close down their business, so they'd give big discounts until Christmas, which is another scam!!! I reported scam to fb as well. I also see other company names selling the same blankets and I think they are creating a bunch of different names. Like customwarms.com...same pictures trying to sell blankets. I would love to get my money back. I have contacted my bank to see what can be done as well. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to stop this!!Initial Complaint

I made an online purchase from them on Oct 17, 2022. I was immediately overcharged but assumed it was for shipping. They provided a tracking # with what appears to be fraudulent updates. Once the item "supposedly" reached the US ************ the tracking updates ceased. Any attempts to contact them have been ignored or the information bounces back as invalid.Initial Complaint

Ordered 3 blankets at the cost of $19.90 each with shipping insurance for a total of $61.49. Each blanket a different color, one pink, one light green and one dark green. They were billed as high quality personalized super soft name family blanket. On website it claims delivery within **** days and 100% refund. I placed my order on October 7th. I finally received the third blanket on November 14th. Certainly more than 15 days later. One blanket came in the wrong color and all of the blankets are of extremely low quality. I have reached out to the company and have been in contact with them regarding a refund. They are offering me $7 on a $60 order as a refund. I am extremely disappointed in this product which I had planned to give as a gift and now will need to be replaced. I would like my entire order refunded but would accept at least half of my money refunded.Initial Complaint

I ordered personalized blankets for my children but soon realized it may be a scam Website with the way the email order receipt was formatted. No order number, no amount. I have asked my card company to cancel the payment after emailing the company within the 12 hour timeframe (as provided from their website) from time of order. They responded with "it has already been dispatched, have a nice day". I just want my order cancelled.
