    Do not purchase from this company. Tracking information is useless. After 8 weeks I filed a case against them on ****** and they did nothing.

    Trust me when I say a 1 star is way too good. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Their customer service is terrible and clothing quality is even worse. Sweatshirt I purchased as a gift for my husband was a major disappointment. They offered me a refund of $5 on a $36 purchase. What an insult. Do not waste your time or money buying from them.

    This place needs to be shut down and customers warned that they are thieves! I placed an order with them, I never received my order, they claim it's not their fault and they will not refund my money!

    I ordered 2 shirts, one brown and one khaki and 1 hat. The first issue was they overcharged my credit card. The order total was $81.87 which showed on the order screen when I placed the order. My card was charged $94.15. I emailed them and they did credit the $12.28 discrepancy and stated it was a system glitch. Items delivered were not even close in color to what was pictured on their website. The brown shirt I received was more orange than brown. The khaki shirt was more of a cream color. Both shirts were just swirls of dye. The photo makes it look like it has reinforced elbows and button up strips. The shirt had dark circles dyed on the elbows and the button up strips. They sell a vastly inferior product than what they show online. Cheap material. You can't deal with these people at all and its excuse after excuse on why they wont provide a refund. Every email said the same thing, it was the correct order. They offered me $8.00 as compensation on a $81.87 order. I replied that I was not happy with their product quality and I just want to return the items for a full refund. They replied that the product I received is what I ordered and raised their offer $12.00. Do not buy from them!!!

    Ordered some items, 2 shirts and 1 hat. Items delivered were not even close in color to what was ordered. I ordered brown item and received orange. You can't deal with these people at all and its excuse after excuse on why they wont provide a refund. Do not shop with them!!

    I bought in good faith from ********** because they stated they would give profits to breast cancer research. It also showed products came from ******* but they are deceitful it really comes from *****. The products I bought stated it was a cardigan sweat when in fact it was a jersey shirt, deceitful once again. I have tried time and time again to return the product and get a refund. In the email conversation they now state its too expensive to return to ***** and want to give me 9.00 for a ***** order. I believe this is fraud and this company should pay for this!! DONT BUY FROM **********..

    I ordered some shirts at the beginning of October for Breast Awareness Month in owner of my family members who had cancer. Right now it is Oct. 24 and I still havent received my order! Im so disappointed in this company! If I were you I would never order from this company unless you have time to wait. The clothes are nice looking on the site, just getting them is the problem! A really upset customer!

    I ordered a sweater from the site. It says made in the ***. It is being shipped from *******. I havent received the sweater I ordered for a gift yet. Its still in ******* per the tracker. Please tell me there is something we can do to stop this. I didnt want to give a star but I had to give one for the review to go through.

    I ordered 4 tops all the same size. Two of the tops fit. One was at least one size too small though it was marked the same size as all the others. The fourth top was 2-3 sizes too big and the size tag seemed to be torn off the garment. I inquired about how to return the two tops. I gave the company all the information they required. Whitecloths refused to refund or exchange the two tops saying they were the correct size. They also told me to give away the two tops if I was dissatisfied with them. I complained further. The tops cost me $26 each. They offered to send me $10 when I told them I would give them bad reviews everywhere I could.

    I ordered several shirts and was not happy with the quality and wanted to return . The material and quality of sewing was aweful. After several emails , they offered a $9 refund on a $40 return . Every email said the same thing , it was the correct order . It does not seem important to make the customer happy.
