    On January 6, 2025, Holosun received an EPS GR-2, I had sent to Holosun for warranty work. Since then, I have tried to contact Holosun via phone, emails and voicemails. Every time I call Holosun, I receive a message stating their call volume is so high they are not accepting calls. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not heard back from Holosun. I spent $340+ on this item. I expect them to contact me to resolve this issue.

    Purchased a product from Holosun and they are not responding to my emails to get product support. Ive called in, they tell me to email and nobody responds to the emails. Its impossible to get help

    I sent a gun scope to Holosun in February. I have had several phone conversations with them and they always say they will email or call when the scope is ready. I sent a registered letter to them last month and then called. They assured me they were working on my scope but I have to hear from them I called once yesterday and again today and got the answering machine. I sent another email to them. yesterday. I just want the scope replaced. No money has changed hands yet.

    Holosun repaired my product under warranty and now its failed to operate again (wont turn on) Ive submitted a warranty claim but would instead like a refund or full replacement of the product

    Hello ********,

    I have attempted to contact you via the phone number provided in your RMA form a few times but was unable to make contact so I left a voicemail. Your BBB claim states the optic has already undergone service and is now continuing to malfunction. From the notes of your first RMA claim, it states the battery was installed upside down and when this was corrected, the optic performed as intended. Your new claim states the optic will not turn on after trying new batteries. May I suggest ensuring the proper battery orientation has been established?

    Holosun agreed to service the defective item. I was sent a pre-paid enveloppe and mailed it on 4/23/24 tracking number: 9434 6361 0605 1652 5043 61.Holosun did not respond to follow up emails and telephone calls.

    A product was submitted for warranty, and after direct communication with the customer a solution was provided by immediately sending a brand new replacement. Solution was accepted by both parties via phone and the issue was resolved.     I contacted seller many times that my HOLOSUN HS407C X2 Reflex sight was not working properly, purchased from Cabelas on October 30, 2023. Holosun has a one year limited warranty on this unit. I was advised to send it to Holosun, presumably for diagnostic and/or repair. The unit was sent to them using a prepaid return *****. It was sent on February 22, 2024 and delivered to Holosun on February 26, 2024. Since that time I sent emails to Holosun about the status of my unit with no reply status information. I tried to reach someone at Holosun on the website contact us page. No reply. I am asking the firm to either diagnose, and correct the problem and return the unit to me or issue me a same or equal corectly working model to me.

    Holosun Warranty Case CASE4461 Holosun was contacted for RMA service.RMA form was filled out and malfunctioning product was shipped via provided shipping label. Shipment was received by Holosun on September 25th of 2023. Shipment notification #******** **** tracking ********************** Since then Holosun was repeatedly contacted for ETA of the replaced item. There has been no reply and RMA has not been completed.

    After reviewing the communication history of this warranty return, we found the the label we provide which includes an RMA number was not used. The item was received, but without a phone number, email address, or RMA number our receiving team was unable to determine the origin.

    Using the item serial number we were able to trace the package and confirm was in fact received. We sincerely apologize for this mishap which is certainly uncharacteristic of HOLOSUN's customer service procedures. We will promptly provide a new replacement unit to *******************

    Purchased brand new holoson optic last year. Under normall use and regular cleaning schedule, the Lens start to show scratches. This is brand new optic. It should carry better quality.Contact to customer service and send my optic back for lens replacement. After couple weeks, one of their customer service representatives reach back and told me it's not covered by the warranty and they are not going to fix it. However the warranty information from their website stated that the optic glass is covered by the lifetime warranty under normal use and for how much they sell the optic -( $380 before tax ). They should just replace the lens for me. Comparing to the product, their customer service is even worse. The customer service representative I'm talking to has no patience and also arrogant. He sounds like he does want to help at all.If you are looking for optic in market with budget in mind. I would highly recommend primary arms and vortex. If anything went wrong, even just a normal wear, they will replace it without ask any question.

    This Holosun Warranty does not apply to: (a) asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear of any part including knobs, finish, etc.; (b) asserted defects caused by modification including; aftermarket finishes, unauthorized service, improper maintenance, acts of Nature; and (c) asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than Holosun. Holosun may restrict warranty service for our products to the country from which Holosun or its authorized dealers originally sold the Holosun product.

    I returned my 507K optic after speaking to customer service. I used the label that they emailed me to mail the package.I received my package from Holosun which did not contain my optic. It contained a dirty electric razor with someones hair in it. I have tried calling and emailing and have not received a response. I have photos of the box, *************** and complete **** tracking.
