  Bought rims *******. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS INSTALL YOURSELF NEED TIRE SPACERS TO INSTALL TIRE STORE WILL NOT INSTALL WHEEL SPACERS WILL NOT LET ME RETURN WHEELS BECAUSE THEY HAVE HAD TIRES ON THEM.FEELING SCREWED.......................

  They do not stand behind their products, and when questioned about it they talk to you like you're a child or worst, so I returned the favor! I will never do Business with these people again! I gave them done star because there was nothing lower!!!

  I was about to order a set of tires and rims but after reading all these reviews I will refrain. If one person had an issue I would consider it an isolated issue, but too many people saying the same thing. As an older person, I would say where there is smoke there is fire. All these folks cant be wrong. You have to treat your customers better so this negativity don't follow your business. Your customers are a major part of your existence! These comments are scaring off potential customers!

  Audio City sucks- I would not buy anything from them- If you have a problem with one of their products they won't take care of it. I had wheel that was out of round the they said too bad, and were very nasty about it. I asked to speak with a supervisor ahd he was just as bad , I bought 3 sets of tires and wheels from them and never had a problem untill the third set- And they would not stand behind it.

  This company does not stand by their offered fitment guarantee at all. I recieived a call from a salesman advising me that the wheels I wanted would fit but I would need to use spacers. Using that information I continued with the purchase of the wheels. Needless to say that the rear wheels didn't fit even with the recommended spacers. I was told by ***** to order from a custom wheel place, which didn't have anything to do with the current fitment issue. I was either hung up on or got disconnected.

  I wish I had checked their BBB status before doing business with them. Their salesman ***** lied about shipping an delivery time. A week later I contacted them to see why.i I had not received any shipping information it took 2 days for them to message me they were ready for shipping. When they were supposed to be delivered already. I call an they threatened to cancel my order if I didn't shut up an wait until when ever the rims. Got here. I called to complain to manager about the threat from salesman and he makes the same threat to cancel my order if I. Didn't shut up an wait.. apparently they have never screwed some one with a law degree who has never lost a case but they are going to learn about the cost of that ..if you don't have a bar license or money for a good n attorney don't do any business with this company

  On July 26 we purchased 1 single rim from Audio City Wheels in Sante Fe Springs, CA. The Ohio address of our store was provided to the representative "Bobby" that took the order. He specifically asked that I text him this information and I did so. On August 3, 2022 we received a call from our Corporate office in Tampa FL informing us that the rim had been shipped to Tampa RATHER THAN OHIO as requested. I contacted Audio City in an attempt to resolve the matter. I spoke with a number of customer service reps that told me different things. I even had one guy call me "Unethical" because I expected them to re-ship the rim at no expense to us since we ALREADY paid shipping TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. The guy was so rude I told him to just cancel the order. Then I received a text from "Bobby" stating: "What's the problem?"......I texted the above information to him and he said there was nothing he could do about it(?) I told him we were still interested in GETTING the rim, but he said no we will just cancel it......The customer service at this company is DEPLORABLE. No one seems to want to own anything or to help. The customer service agents are rude, combative and argumentative. I would NEVER suggest this business to other consumers. That is why I am doing this review- to forwarn others.

  I was looking for a set of wheels to match the same size/width and offset for my of my original 2019 C7 Corvette in Gloss Black, found the perfect set at AudioCity. I had never made a purchase this big before online so I was a little hesitant. I bought 4 wheels and 4 tires with TPMS and lugs/locks. Total was $4000 dollars for the whole package shipped to my house. My salesperson Bobby gave me a very good deal. Received wheel/tire package in just a week from FedEx. The wheel/tire package was packed with lots of protection. A great packing job by the AudioCity shipping department. Tires were mounted and balanced using black weights on my beautiful black Savini wheels. Black TPMS were also installed to top off the look. I can not say how happy I am with this purchase. From start to finish I could not be happier. Derke communicated with me the whole time making sure everything went perfect. I can not say enough about how nice my experience was with AudioCity. No one told me to write this review but I wanted to make sure people know that this is an honest company that cares for its customers. ******* K Scottsdale AZ 08/01/2022

  The absolute worst company you will ever deal with period! They sent me $4100.00 worth of wheels and tires that they GAURENTEED would fit my vehicle the way I needed them to fit and they weren't even close? Tried to fix the issue with them and they wont even try they just tell you sorry its to late or hang up on you or block your number and tell you that you own them now, even though I never even installed them. I ended up filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office for fraud. I wish I would have checked their reviews before I ever called them! They respond back on this site and reply back blaming everyone else and do not try to solve anything. SERIOUSLY DO NOT DEAL WITH AUDIOCITY on anything you will be disappointed! Thanks DEREK AND GILBERT for taking advantage of me, not to mention all the others that have suffered because of these shady business practices! To the people that they scammed keep reporting them and post on every site you can as I'm doing myself to warn people how they burned you! Good Luck To All The People That Got Taken Advantage Of!
