I ordered a signed D*** ******** poster on March 20, 2024. The anticipated delivery date was ***** weeks after the order, so roughly the middle of June. On July 3 and again on July 18, I sent emails asking for information about the order. I got no response. I also left comments on the company's FB page, abd direct messaged them to no avail. I sent another email on July 24, which was responded to on July 25. The response asked for my order number, which I provided the same day. On July 30, 2024 I sent another email because I'd heard nothing after providing the order number. Finally, on July 31, I received this reply:"I apologize for the delay we have been training a new employee and have had one of the other employees out of the office for signings. I have been taking on more work and so I have not had a chance to check my email. I looked up your order and I see that it is a DVD (*************************) order which unfortunately we never received back from the signing. I have processed a refund and you will receive it in 3-5 business days back to your original method of payment."This is absolute nonsense. Instead of reaching out when the company discoved the alleged issue, they failed to notify customers, and ignored communications from customers. They waited for customers to make repeated requests before finally answering questions. It seems like their plan was to simply ignore as many angry clients as possible in hopes they would give up.This was meant to be a birthday gift, and I am extremely upset with the lack of gift as well as the poor professionalism and communication. I ordered an 11x14 signed ***************** Photograph from this company on 4/2/2024. They sent me an order confirmation email shortly after. The signing was love on 4/13/24 through an app called WhatNot. I watched the live, and watched my picture get signed by ***************, I even screen recorded it. I also purchased a photo during the live signing, but that one I did receive. I emailed the company when I received the second photo and not the first, and the company told me some photos havent been signed so we are waiting for *** to get better to finish the signing. I told them I had a video of my picture being signed to which they responded we sent out everything we received if it was actually signed the rep might have not sent it back yet, we are trying to find what happened on 5/9/2024 and then they never emailed me again, until I emailed them yesterday to follow up and they told me they are getting the rest signed Friday and will send it next week. It was already signed. I received the one I order later and not the first one I ordered and I believe they are scamming me. This company should not be in business.Initial Complaint

I just want people to know NOT to send this company their items for autographs. Luckily i found all these reviews befor i sent in my irreplacable items. I had been trying to email this company for a month to answer a few questions. NEVER a reply. That is all i need to understand this is NOT a company i want to do any business with.Initial Complaint

I put in an order to OC Celebrity back on 10/26/2022 for a signed ******************** Show canvas poster and I mailed in a painting to be signed by ***************** as well. I had been in contact with the company through email up until 02/09/2023. Then I stopped receiving contact from someone named ********. I have reached out to them 5 times in emails and twice on ******** Messenger and havent received anything back from them since 03/09/2023. I have had to file a dispute with my bank at this point because they arent responding any longer. Im afraid I will not receive my painting back and I wont be getting the poster I paid for. Based on other peoples reviews of this company, it seems like a trend for how they treat customers. I really just want the items I paid for. Bought several items from them and had no problem, UNTIL I sent in a ************************************* POP figure for an upcoming signing in February 2022. I have been trying to get information about the order for quite some time.Originally, my Funko POP was somehow overlooked when ********************* did her signing. I was told that a signing with her would be rescheduled. Since then, I have to repeatedly try to make contact to try and get an update.The last I heard from them, the POP had been signed and they were waiting for ******* to authenticate it. This was communicated to me on December 5, 2022 via ******** Messenger.I still haven't heard a thing and I have inquired twice with absolutely no response. To say that I am frustrated is an understatement.I have tries sending emails (to ********, their only source of contact) to no avail and if you leave a message on their ******** Messenger, they refer you to ********! If my item is signed, when will I receive it? If it hasn't been signed at this point, please return my item and refund my money.Either way, I would like a response.I believe I have been more than patient, however, communication would be helpful. The lack of communication on their part is less than desirable.I will never do business with them again and I hope no one else has this terrible experience with this company. Zero communication after 15 attempts via their online chat, email and ******** After 2 weeks the order isnt fulfilled let alone the payment for faster delivery.
