    I booked a stay at Oceanfront Vacation Villas and had to cancel last minute because of a change in my work schedule. I explained the reasoning and that I did not want a refund, my family and I definitely wanted to stay, we just couldnt that weekend and wanted to rebook a few weekends from the original date. I went back and forth with a woman from Accounts Receivable telling me she was waiting for her boss to tell her if she would ***** this request, but sounding very optimistic about our situation and understanding how unique it was. After 2 days, I was told I was denied my request to switch weekends or get a credit to stay, causing me to lose $5,000. Again, I wanted to rebook and stay, I had a unique change in schedule and hoped for some human decency and understanding, which I failed to get. Its a shame how these rental agencies leave no consideration for people with normal human problems, its only about the bottom dollar.
