    On October 18, 2024 I purchased online a 14K gold birthstone necklace Amethyst - February. The stone color was incorrect and I immediately called to cancel the order. The customer service personnel informed me it could take up to seven (7) days for the money to be returned to my account. I've called to check on the return of the money at my bank and nothing has been returned. I've called the company and got excuses of; the money has been returned, thought nothing has been returned. When asked for a supervisor or the finance department, no person was available. Today 29 October 2024 they continue to try finding my refund. This is unacceptable practices for a business. Please assist or advise what else I can do.

    I have emailed Gorjana numerous times asking that I be removed from all email and texts. YOu are unable on any texts they send out to unsubscribe. Further, they use different numbers each time they send out junk texts so you can't even block the number. I was assured again for the third time my name and number were removed last week from all ads via text but again today I received yet another text with ads and pop *** via text. I am so sick of getting numerous texts per day from this business and want my name, email and number removed from all their info.

    Company: Gorjana Purchased jewelry on October 27th for a Christmas gift. It was a choker and necklace and the choker wouldn't even go around my wife's neck (she is fairly thin). The items were opened on December 25th. On December 26th we reached out to the company and they said their return policy had a 30 day limit. We were not looking for a refund but wanted to do an exchange for a more expensive item on their website. They refused and said that the "purchase was way outside the return window" although one must search very hard on their website to even find it. We have asked twice for a return phone call and all they do is send emails so we haven't been able to speak to someone live. It is pretty common to order jewelry as a gift and I ordered it early because a lot of things we have ordered have taken a long time to get to us with the supply chain issues. We are being fair and actually were going to spend more money with them. It is frustrating that they refuse to speak to us and hide behind their emails. This is a bad business practice and as we all know, social media can really damage a business' reputation but I really don;t want to go down that route. We want to order something from them but can't use the product they sent us.
