    To 123Websites:I wanted to reach out regarding a telemarketing concern. In the past few months, I have received repeated text messages from 123Websites offering website design services.I am not familiar with 123Websites, and it was my understanding that I should stop receiving telemarketing calls and text messages once I registered my phone numbers on the national do-not-call list. So I am reaching out hoping that you can shed some light on what prompted the text messages.If there is documentation showing I requested to receive calls or text messages from 123Websites, may I receive a copy? Please send it to me, along with a copy of your written do-not-call policy.I look forward to your response. At the same time, I would like to also take this opportunity to request that 123Websites stop calling and texting and place my number ************ on your do-not-call list.

    We reviewed our database and do not have record of this correspondence.  We generate leads via paid ads online plus organic traffic.  If someone wants us to contact them they book an appointment on our website.  Most likely this person is referring to a different company not related to us.

    Note that while they claim to have no record of the text messages, I do have record of those communications, including follow-up text messages in which the sender is explicitly identified as 123Websites.

    I have tried to contact them multiple times to cancel my service and they continue to charge me in spite of it. I just want to be refunded for the last three months since Ive tried to cancel that many times the amount should be for a total of $297.

    Services were contracted, but not provided, so I am seeking a refund. All attempts to contact the appropriate people at 123websites have been ignored.

    *********************** did not reach out to our customer support team regarding his concerns. *********************** instead reached out to one of our sales representatives to get in contact with the manager of the customer support department. **** was unaware that the individual he was working closely with for hours a day, *******, was the manager of the customer support department. *********************** was also working closely with our other customer support representatives, ***** and *****. Our team provided hours of support, going above and beyond to help our client. The client expressed no issues when working with our team directly. The dispute came as a surprise, and after reaching out to ****, we learned about his confusion. We addressed his concerns directly and offered a variety of solutions to make up for the confusion. **** has expressed his gratitude in written form, regarding his experience with our customer support team. His main issue stemmed from confusion in an unrelated matter. *********************** was refunded his total amount from signing up for our services and continues his services with our company. *********************** has written an apology to our team and has expressed his satisfaction with the resolution.

    I called this business to remove a card to avoid payment, it got removed however my main card was still chargedive been hung up on, dismissed, and cannot get a hold of billing. I filed a dispute with this company, some how they still seem to give me a run around, want to consolidate with a free month, however im still waiting on a refund, and its just an horrific experience Ive experienced with the

    ******************************* reached out to our customer support team regarding a billing concern. Our team was assisting other customers at the time she had called and she was referred to our callback machine for a follow up. We immediately followed up with ******* after receiving her follow up request. Her billing issue was resolved and was mainly due to a confusion with her billing date and service plan. We extended our support to not only address her concerns, but to offer alternatives as a resolution. Nakiyah has been with us since 2021, and never had any issues. She left us a positive BBB review on January 11th, 2024, following the issue, to give praise for our speedy response and resolution.

    On 8/31/23 @ 3;07pm./EST. i spoke with Sales rep. ****** of 123 Websites.com that advertises on ******** to purchase a business website for my businesses : ******************************************** Ministries. ****** had been calling me to become a customer for over 2 months. We agreed to the $99.00 per month package which could be cancelled at any time. Around 9/5/23 i noticed that $398.00 had been debited out of my account by 123 Websites.com. i called while sitting in my bank and was told ny ********, another Rep. in customer Service, that it was a 1 time activation fee and that ****** told me that. I disputed ever hearing it. She promised to get back with me and never did. On 9/15/23 i learned from calling my bank that 123 websites.com had debited $898.00 from my business account again without my knowledge or consent. Do NOT do any business with them .

    Once it was brought to our attention that there was a misunderstanding in regards to the setup fee during sign up, it was escalated to a supervisor to further investigate. We determined that a refund for the setup fee would be issued. We had attempted to reach out and had left a voicemail to confirm that the refund would be processed and to extend additional support.

    There are no charges on our end associated with the account for $898.00.

    I hired 123websites to build two websites for separate businesses. It was a total disaster from the beginning. Constant runaround put on 2-hour whole times, missed scheduled review meetings, dysfunctional customer service, they subcontract everything to the lowest bidder. The individuals they subcontract with even told me there a disaster. After a customer service representative name, ***** got fired supposedly for his inappropriate behavior towards. I was then directed to ******* and he promised he would be my only point of contact after 24 hours of dealing with this fiasco. I canceled the contracts and subscriptions and i have the right to do that in a **************************** ******* would not cancel and he beg me in multiple emails and phone calls to continue service with them. I stated I did not feel comfortable with them and I felt they were unprofessional that I would not like to waste time moving forward with them and to reimburse me my payments. He agreed to reimburse me my payments, however, every month after that I continue to be charged each month I have to call ******* and they have to reimburse it. Only this time he's denying the reimbursement and he will no longer communicate with me and keep sending me an email response to call his customer service. So I'm now taking action because this is stealing and it happens each month.I asked the better business bureau to help retrieve the last funds that ******* took and will not return. I also ask for help that this doesn't continue each month like it has been. 123 website should be shut down and ******* should be behind bars. Prior to losing communication with *******, I gave him a claim number for my bank because he didn't believe me that I were still being charged. ******* knows I'm being charged because the claim number proves that it left my account and went to his. This is the point I lost all communication with *******.

    We canceled the next day signing up in November but we had to call for December and January. Also February we were charged. ******* stated we would receive a full reimbursement cuz we canceled yet they continued to bill us each month after. There were two businesses signed up and a total of seven charges in which we've only been reimbursed for six. They're holding the last charge from March 3rd. I expect this money to be reimbursed to me now. It's been a month of arguing with *******. I've showed him proof with a claim number from my bank. I went to my bank to verify and yet 123websites and ******* who's in charge and told me he would be my point of contact from here on out because his customer service representative got fired then direct me to a customer service phone number that never answers

    I have only one card on file for your account. That account was cancelled and refunded. The card you mentioned ending in **** is not in our records and I checked March 3rd for any transactions with a card ending in those four digits to be sure and we have no records of a transaction matching your provided information.

    Signed up with 123websites in September of 2022. Was sold by someone named **** or ****, I believe. I was told that they create a website for me at a price that was unbeatable. Specifically, design my site for $198 one time fee and then no additional fees. Sounded like a great deal so I signed up to have them design my site for a one time fee of $198, with no additional charges. This is for a brand new business that I was in the process of starting.I was connected with someone named Zen. She was a web designer. We spoke in depth about what I was looking for in a website and I showed her examples of what I would like to have in the site and what I did not want. She said she would design the site and then get back with me. Communication was lacking. I reached out multiple times and we seemed to play phone tag. In the middle of the busyness of life and trying to start the new business, I decided I would reach out to someone at the company later when we were closer to launching the site. We are still not quite there.However, here is the issue, I happened to check the business account randomly and realized that 123websites has been charging me $99/month for the last 5 months. I reached out to them and spoke with ***** who then transferred me to *******. I asked ******* why I am being charged a monthly fee that I was not aware of and certainly did not authorize. He said he would review a recording of the sale over the phone and get back to me the next day. This was on 2-22-2023. He didnt respond. I called him back and spoke to him on 2-25-2023. He said that he didnt want to talk about or share the recording from the sale in September and that he is not going to entertain a refund or provide a website for me because Zen created the website for me. I was never informed of this nor did I review this site with her. Without my consent, he very rudely said that he is going to close my account and not charge me further and they will not provide me a site.

    5:20 into the call our sales representative **** specifies *********** is $99 a month, there is no contract, we customize the site for you. There is a one-time setup fee. Normally our services are $199 a month, but with our promotions its half off. So, basically it starts at $198 and its $99 a month for as long as you want to keep it.


    5:34 into the call the client responds So its $198, which includes the first month, then $99 a month. 

    The website was built and published September 23rd, 2022.

    Client called almost 6 months later March 22nd, 2023 and spoke to ***** who transferred to ******* regarding charges with his website.


    Client claimed he was *****% sure he was sold on $198 for 12-months and wanted a full refund since he was paying $99 a month. He said If Im wrong, Ill keep paying for the next 5-months at $99 a month. 
    Two days later, March 24th, 2023, the client calls and says he will be issuing a chargeback for the entire amount and threatens to proceed with legal actions. He said to not cancel the account. ******* canceled it anyways due to the threats and unwillingness to make payments for the account, which was in a failed status. 

    No refund was issued because services were rendered.

    I tried 3 different times to cancel my service. I'm still being charged and no one is responding to my calls and emails. This company will do anything to get your to sign up and then take your money and run and keep billing you. Do not go with them.

    We built ****** a ********************* website in March 2022 and purchased a domain on his behalf. He was able to call in to our customer service support team which is available Monday-Friday 9-5pm to assist our customers with any questions, concerns, or changes they would like to make. ****** called in and spoke to our service team on 4/4/22, 4/12/22, 5/31/22, 6/16/22. He was in contact with ******* who is one of our sales representatives on 10/4/22 about canceling and ******* responded immediately offering him a hosting only discount. ****** responded on 10/13/22 declining the offer which is also the same day he would have received an automated subscription payment reminder. One automated payment did post to his account in the amount of $99.00 on October 17, 2022. His account was fully canceled on October 24th, 2022 and there was no further billing.
