Apparently the only way to get information from National Advisory is to complain to BBB. I did agree to pay them, however I would now like to cancel their services and they will not return calls or emails. The minute canceling is written or spoken emails stop and so do phones. I would like to end the money I am paying them for nothing.Initial Complaint

I was contacted to enroll in the loan forgiveness program with this company. After going over my budget in detail I agreed to pay $213.57 for 7 months after that it was $39 a month. Whenever I have an issue or a change in my financial situation and I try to contact the company I can never get in touch with a rep. *** rep that enrolled me does not answer my emails or calls. Recently I tried the phone number again to update my application and the number is now for ******** which leads me to think this is a scam and I have lost out on the money I have already paid them. I have logged into my fasfa account and it doesn't show any updated payments!Business Response

I have been teaching for several years and I was late in the game to apply for student loan forgiveness. Long story short a lady named *************** from https://nationaladvisory.org/ convinced me that after 6 monthly payments of $250 they would re-certify my info for the remainder of the 120 payments. I paid and after a year I was transferred to a different loan person ********************* and *********************. Their phone loans do not work. ************** and ************ I have sent several emails and no response. I am worried now my 120 for the re-certification process will have to begin all over againBusiness Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me ONLY IF YOU CALL me back within the next 24 hours. You have lied to me in the past and said you would and NEVER do. If not, I will consider this complaint unresolved.
Regards,
