      I was referred by a family member to Timeshare Freedom Group in order to exit a timeshare that I have been making monthly payments and biannual payments for since 2006. I believed this company was legitimate as there were commercials advertised for this company. My son "aged-out" of the parks in ******** where I originally bought a timeshare, and I felt there was no need for use of the timeshare. I set up an appointment for a consultation on August 27, 2021 at 2pm and spoke with a representative named *************************. He discussed with me the process of transferring the rights and deed of my timeshare to Timeshare Freedom Group. After pondering this for approximately 2 weeks, I along with submitted $5, 500, I made a payment in this amount on-line via my bank to Timeshare Freedom Group. Thereafter, once or twice a month I would receive calls from a representative, one in a particular named Isla ****** in order to let me know how the process was progressing. Finally in December of 2021, I contacted Isla ***** who mentioned if I would receive any correspondence from my timeshare company, to send this correspondence to her. I sent her documentation without any response. Finally, I began to feel uneasy and after a few months passed, in May of 2022 I decided to contact ************************* and left a message without any response back. I also called other numbers associated with Timeshare Freedom Group and noted messages stating "Sorry this number is no longer in service" or "You have reached a number that is not currently set up to receive calls. Please try again later." ************ is a complete scam and it is so very unfortunate that many others have been scammed of likely hundreds of thousands of dollars. Do not invest in these "timeshare exit companies." My goal is to be compensated the full amount of what I spent $5,500 to Timeshare Freedom Group. This is grounds for class action lawsuit.

      An agreement was made between Timeshare Freedom Group (hereinafter referred to as TFG) and ***** and *********************** on Sep 1, 2020. TFG agreed to negotiate and cancel our timeshare contract and membership ownership with Great Destinations within 24 months; or we would receive our money back.Section 10 of our agreement with TFG states:While not typical should the exit/cancellation exceed 24 months it is the responsibility of the ***** to notify TFG of their intent to receive a refund in writing by Certified US MAIL, Fax or Email no less than 7 days before the expiration of the initial 24-month period.Please consider this to be our official notice of intent to receive a refund.We do NOT wish to have an extension of our agreement made up to the 36 months at no additional cost.We fulfilled and acknowledged all Owner responsibilities made in our agreement with TFG. Performance was not fulfilled per section 11 of our TFG contract. Since TFG failed to produce an offer from Great Destinations to terminate our timeshare ownership, and we fully cooperated with both TFG and ******** Law, our fee shall be refunded in full within (30) days.

      We signed a contract with Timeshare Freedom Group on August 26, 2020, to cancel our timeshare contract. The cost was $3775. Initially there was frequent contact with a company representative. About a year into the contract, there was no communication, and we were unable to reach anyone through any channel they previously provided. Nothing has been done to assist us in getting out of the contract.

      I acquired Timeshare Freedom Groups service back in June 2020 to assist with exiting my timeshare. I paid them a flat fee of $5000 to get me out of the timeshare within 24 months or my money back guaranteed. They were reaching out to me in the beginning that all was going well and provided the law firm that was processing the information to get me out of my timeshare. After a few months I didnt hear again so I reached out to the law firm to get any info. Each time I was told its a process and it takes time but they were on track and working on it. Its at that *********************************************************************************************************************** service which includes contact numbers, email addresses, and website. I sent a request letter for a refund and that when I found out everything had been disconnected. I hope BBB will be able to assist me with the recovery of my money.

      In November 2020 we contacted and PAID this company to help us get out of a timeshare contract due to loss of job from the pandemic. We were/are in financial hardship and could not long make payments on timeshare. At the time we were also unable to use timeshare due to the entire world being shut down. We paid over $4K. Weve tried contacting them several time and all phone are disconnected and emails are undeliverable Want money back

      En junio 1/2020 recurrimos a la compaia timeshare freedom group para obtener la cancelacion de un tiempo compartido que nosotros tenemos,lo cual le pagamos a *** compania la cantida de $4,195 por esos servicios lo cual garantisaba..dicho proceso seria al rededor de 12 a ************************************************************* dicho proceso.lo cual no sucedio..en lo absoluto ..ahora nos damos cuenta..que dicha compaia ya no esta vigente y no contestan..las llamadas. Y los numeros estan descontinuados..entonses tenemos que buscar ayuda y recurir ..a estos tipo de ayuda..pensamos que no es justo que personas profesionales estafen asi a tantas personas..nosotros con mucho esfuerzo trabajamos para salir adelante eso no es justo Segun timeshare freedom group era una excelente compaia y nose entiendo que paso..queremos respuestas justas..y claras... espero me puedan alludar muchas gracias

      In December 2021, my husband and I signed a contract with Timeshare Freedom Group where we paid them a total of ******** and in one of the clauses of that contract we had the right to get our money back ******************************************************* that period of time they couldn't cancel our timeshare. 2 years later, we tried to contact them via email, fax and sent a letter to their ********** address, but never got a response. I would like to report this company as scammers and I would like you to help me in what I should do to get my money back. Thank you

      We signed a contract with ********************* at Timeshare Freedom Group on 08/03/2019 for $4,569 with the promise that in less than a year and a half our timeshare contract would be cancelled, we paid the amount in full. After initial communication we were told that the legal group in charge of our case was communicating directly with the resort and that soon we should hear from them. We continued communicating via email and receiving emails back that our contract was about to be cancelled suddenly at the beginning of 2021 all phone numbers got disconnected and we have not heard back from them. ********************* at ************ says that he doesn't work for the company any more and that he knows the company closed in September 2021. This week we have received a call from a collection company that we owe Timeshare Freedom Group more than $2,000, despite the fact that all full payments were completed from August 2019 through August 2020; this is clearly a fraud case that must be investigated.

      I was sent an invoice for $3366.00 to pay to exit my Timeshare. After paying this I did not talk with anyone for a few months. I finally got in touch with an Agent who told me that there was no longer a Timeshare Freedom group. She told me she would work with me to get my money back. I talked with her (*******) on 17 June 2022 and was told by her I needed to go through the BBB.

      I acquired Timeshare Freedom Groups service back in June 22 2020 to assist with exiting timeshare I paid a flat free amount of $2995 to be out of the timeshare in approximately 12 to 18 months. They were reaching out to me that stuff was going well and they even provided the law firm they were using for the process. I was assured things were going well because I was getting updates from them at least once a month. However, I stopped receiving updates November 2021. After 2 years, they have not fulfil the contract and I attempted to request a refund based on the failed service per the contract, however ALL communications has been disconnected and no longer exist. I hope BBB will be able to assist with the recovery of my money and also prosecute anyone affiliated with Timeshare Freedom Group to the fullest extend of the law.
