    According to Visio Makeup Academys website and everything I have looked through it clearly states that each course they include the kits to be able to start and accomplish the requirements to gain your certification. I have contacted the school over and over and they are now telling me after I have completed 55% of a course that a free bonus course you dont get kits or material for you have to purchase that for $250. Where on their website/etc does it state this it only shows that the kits are included in the course. This is not being honest or following through with the statements and information that they are providing students. I am not seeking a refund I am just wanting the eyelash extension course material that clearly states it is included in the course. If they are going to do this they should not be calling it a free course if you have to spend a couple hud red dollars on the material itself and should not email me back as well after I have clearly asked if the material is being shipped to me like my previous course then email me back stating that my course has been activated and Im all good to go. Then wait until Im 55% down, get to the project portion and Im sitting here for days for my course material to arrive then get told nope I have to buy that separate. I loved my previous course and was enjoying this until this came about and now Im extremely disappointed if we can get this resolved like it should have been to begin with Id be more then happy to leave a positive review like I was originally planning on doing. Id like this resolved as soon as possible due to ** moving out of the state this next weekend and not being at the same shipping address anymore.
