    On August 9th, I purchased and paid $45.50 for a cooking class from Heat Culinary in *************. I have the confirmation email. The class was scheduled to be held on November 10, 2024. I was later contacted via email that Heat Culinary in ************* was having problems renewing the lease, so would have to close the until they found another location, and that we would be able to apply our money towards a future class. Since then I have tried contacting this company via email and phone with no response. Then on the evening of Wednesday, November 13th I happened to drive the by the storefront, only to observe the lights on, and what appeared to be an instructor in front of students. I recognized him as the same instructor from a previous Heat Culinary class I had taken. Their website says this business is closed. If this is the case, then why did I observe the storefront lights on, the inside lights on, and an instructor in front of what appeared to be students. I also tried contacting their other store location in ******************** however there is no phone number listed and no way to contact them other than by signing up for a class. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Heat Culinary in ************* has taken money from us and provided no product.
