    April 12th, 2024 I almost died from Anaphylaxis Shock SVT 177. My Heart Surgeon and Cardiologist told me not to sleep in your house until I get it tested for Black Mold 2 days after getting out of ER *****************************************, I paid a Mold Moisture engineer $1600.00 to inspect and test my house under and on 13 surfaces. He determined at least 10 years of Mold and water damage underneath the coach. He took 13 surface samples and it tested positive for 5 surfaces inside the mobile home. See attached reports and docs.After moving in with parents and breathing clean air for 2 months, I decided to hire Jarvis Mold Removal for remediation.I did not have any hospital/ ****** care visits for 3 months.Jarvis completed Mold and water damage remediation and said it was safe to move back. I paid $11,000.00 I moved back home after paying for deep cleaning and replacing bed and linens. On July 17th 2024 after moving back home for about 7 days, I had to go to emergency with Anaphylaxis. See attached docs.I called Jarvis July 18th and left messages with Managers asking them to call me and retest the house. They never returned my calls, so I emailed ***************************** Division Manager Saturday July 20th, 2024 at 6:24am asking them to retest my hallway bathroom.I CC: every Jarvis contact I had, See attached docs and they did not respond to emails or phone calls. I am going to find another company to Mold Remediate and Test afterwards. As they said they would and did not. I want my money back. I don't want to go to hospital anymore!Regards,****

    We have reached out to the customer. We had 3rd party clearance results which showed the mobile home was free from mold at that time we finished our work. We will work with the homeowner on a resolution.
