Per **** tracking #****************************** is not found and doesn't exist. My child who is 7 ordered this candy for her birthday she deserves her money back it was ordered on Jan 23 we didn't get a response until middle of February with nothing but rudeness all because we ask for money back. We are *********** a refund when we did not receive merchandise. Please help my child get her refund. I reported to **** because if not received in 15 days they will investigate and found nothing from the tracking number I received from Kayys Kandie. The candy company told us to wait until February 19 to report to their Shopify account in order to get refund as I will do but, the way this business handles things is horrible and talk down to you because we want a refund I'm sorry but this is BAD BUSINESS. It will be a month on February 23 2024 and we have not received any packages and correspondence with this company is horrible bogus at the least to take a 7 year olds Birthday money!!!!! I even made them aware of this and they stated they will not respond to take it up with **** when I already have and nothing was found I included letter from **** investigation You at BBB can run the tracking number as well and Nothing is found. PLEASE HELP!Business response

Hi there we responded to this customer and let them know that we could run an insurance claim through **** but she had to wait 20 days after shipment , she was impatient and did not want to wait and started harassing me and my email via multiple emails a day. There was nothing that I could do for her as I was unable to file an insurance claim and tell a specific date so instead she went to you guys to file a complaint, thinking that this word, rush, anything. After she threatened multiple times to file complaints about us, we told her that she could file an insurance claim through the **** by herself, which she can cause we are no longer going to help her do to h*** she has been harassing us via emails. Email response I sent on Saturday after she emailed me threatening to contact you, and saying that I am a scammer etc, this is just a customer who is impatient. We sent the items, its not our fault that the **** has policies in order for them to pay for items that are lost.
Proof that we even filed for a refund for her already. The date accepted was YESTERDAY. This woman is a nightmare and trying to use her child as an excuse for her harassing us. Shes banned from ordering with my business .

Just received another message from kayyskandie about refund at I could care less if we get it due to the Rudeness not to mention kayyskandie only got upset when I ask for a refund and made you aware of **** stating NO. tracking number found. SHAM ON kayyskandie. They all seriously need ***** in their life and Banned we could care less!!! We pray for businesses like kayyskandie to get off social media...who prey on children.since their so hard up we donate $31.00...May God help them!! We BLOCKED them from all of our email route as they are out of control!!! Thanks for you help BBB oh and kayyskandie said you stated they did nothing wrong but, everyone deserves a refund if merchandise was not received period!!!
