    Weve had our solar for about 6 months now, and Underline has been great to work with. Installation was seamless. Whenever we have questions, they are very responsive. The system is easily managed through and app, which is super convenient. We had a small issue with our breaker and ******* was at our home within an hour. He got it all sorted, explained what happened and what we can look for if it happens again and it was all set. No hassle and much appreciated!

    Underline Energy is a great company and has top notch service. Had my solar installed about a year ago and Underline monitors that our system is functioning correctly. Received a call from ******* and told me they were notified in their system that my inverter was faulty and came out to replace it all under warranty. Had it installed quick and we are back to having a full functioning solar system. Underlines customer service and attention to their customers is second to none!

    If youre considering Solar for your home, Underline Energy Concepts is the way to go. I had my solar installed just over five years ago and its been running flawlessly since. I just had a network upgrade installed, and I must say that the service I got from the folks at Underline 5 years after installation was just stellar as it was the first time I reached out for their business. My installation tech, *******, was friendly, courteous, and always prompt to return my calls. He squeezed me into his schedule quicker than I wouldve expected and he did the work efficiently and professionally. Big shout out to everyone at Underline for taking care of their customers all the way down the road!

    What can I say, Underline Energy Concepts has done it agian. I am so grateful to have found this company. I really appreciate how they care about their customers. Every time something goes wrong with my panels, all I have to do is call them. Management *** gets back to me right away, checks to see when someone can come by to see what's wrong. There was a glitch in my panels agian 2 days ago, I Called ***, one day later, **** came by, he ran some tests, and fixed the panels. They are up and running again. He explained what was going on, and he had the patience to answer all my questions and concerns. He was very professional and courteous. These guys are amazing! They really care about their customers. If you want an honest company, who cares about their customers, Then I highly recommend **********************. They go out of their way to please customers. You'll feel like you're one of the family. I wish every company was like this one.
