1 starSalesmen lie to straight to your face and obviously the company will not honor what you were told. Paid 10k for the water softener and reverse osmosis system. I asked right away if this includes filter servicing, as I knew this was a very expensive price to pay, knowing that I could buy a cheaper system from a smaller company. Of course the salesman told me that once I pay, I would just have to call annually to request filter changing and that is all included. Shame on me for trusting a company representative and not verifying with customer service the same day. I am beyond disappointed after having this $9K water system installed on our property Sept 2023. Our sales guy made us promises when he came out. He told us that our system would be fully serviced, and that our filters were covered at no cost, and that if we moved, we could haul and they would have the system picked up and relocated for us at no cost. He explained to us that their system was maintained through them at no cost. That was the biggest selling feature for us of why we went with ********** I get a call from a girl letting me know that our filters need to be changed out of our system. Were coming up on our year. I said sure you can send somebody out. She lets me know that its going to be $300 to have the filters changed and the unit inspected. I said WHAT!!!We had a friend visiting with us while the sales person told us everything that was included with their system. The Territory manager said today on the phone, if its not in writing were not required so now we have to come out of pocket for another $300 to maintain our $9000 unit or were screwed. If you dont maintain their system with them and pay to have them come out and do an inspection/maintenance on the system, it will void their warranty. I went on explaining to manager of what was promised to us. He said oh we dont offer anything like that. He said again, if its not in writing, we cant honor it, holds no water. So we just got scammed for $9000 On a system that now needs yearly maintenance and filters ($189) changed out at our expense. And of course, the guy who sold the system to us is no longer working for them. And to have the system moved and relocated to another home is going to cost us another $1200 I do not recommend this company!!! We feel totally taken/scammed over purchasing this system and now held hostage to maintain our warranty or its voided. I dont know about you but $9000 is a lot of money, in todays economy. Again, I suggest you shop elsewhere.

Our manager spoke to the customer. We offered a complimentary filter change and a discount on whenever the customer will be moving out of state. We explained that no company offers free moving of the equipment out of state for life. Customer was very happy with the complimentary FSFC. Let them know they will get a discounted rate for the Pullout and Reinstall when they are ready to move. We let this sales man into our home after the sent us a postal card notice and made us think that we had a parcel package and to call now. Turns out it was this company. Then they said we actually do have a $25 gift card for you if youll hear out the sales guy and his presentation. So we did. 1.5 hours later, the guy finally left and said h*** send over a digital card within 10 minutes of leaving. ****, we didnt receive it and never heard from him again. These people keep harassing me, calling me every other day. As soo as I tell them, I am not interested they become rude, and they want me to give them my business when they show their rudeness before we even do business. Then 5 or 10 minutes later, another jerk from the same company will call me and repeat the process.Fidelis Elite Systems

Please be extremely careful with this company. I bought the system a year ago and just realize i have been rip off. You can get system at Apec Water System for cheaper price. This company sent scam letter to lure people and never had any clear price on their website. I got my system for almost 7.5k. Also, the part is so so so expensive. I plan to get rid of this system soon. Also customer service and technical support are very rude. Please try to stay away and try other company.Fidelis Elite Systems

Hello ***,Our records indicate you called in July 2023, our service **** instructed you how to tighten it, that you were content and will reach out if you needed us. We are here to insure your system is working properly. I looked up the co you mentioned. The systems are not the same. They have generic ROs without quick disconnect filters and membranes which makes maintenance a lot harder and results will not be the same. The tank you have is a refiner with 5 stages, a custom system, not a just a softener. Again, we are here to insure your system gives you the best quality water possible.Review fromnickolas H

Its a scam they have, all your information, they called me so many times, they call you day and nigth . I finally agree to getting their free water test it was a nightmare, i never gave them my addres i have no idea hoe they have all my information , ***** kept pressuring me to buy their dumb water system, i told them no may times. We got your information from the county, it's public information when you purchase a home, anyone has access to it. Don't go with Fidelis worst mistake you can make. Not worth spending thousands of dollars for a filtration system. You can find a cheaper one for couple hundred online even homedepot.Don't fall for there lies and sale pitch. Trust me not worth it at all. I regret buying the system. 1 starIf I could leave 0 stars I would. This is a big scam. Yes I have purified water, big deal, reverse osmosis is not a new concept. My "soft" water still leaves water spots and my sink nozzles constantly have a salt build up reducing water pressure. I also have some kind of black mold growing in my toilet. The regeneration cycle uses 80 gallons and they tried to have it set daily when im only one person with an occasional visitor. Such a waste of water. I set it myself to every 3 days, if i didnt they wouldve charged me to come out. I'm under warranty but they want to charge $175 to come out for any issue and then to stay under warranty I need to pay $250-$300 for a technician to come out for 10 minutes and install $50 worth of filters that I can buy on Amazon. My main unit went out recently and come to find out it was a faulty plug. They sent a "technician" and he specifically told me that the plug went out because of how the wire was installed (partially underground). After I told customer service, or whatever they claim to be, they called the technician and scared him into changing his story then he lied and said he never told me that. They ended up telling me I had to pay $175 for them to change a $25 plug they installed poorly. I told them to kick rocks, bought the plug for $20 and installed it myself. Don't ignore these 1 star reviews. These scammers aren't special, you can install one of these systems for a fraction of the price and install from watching a YouTube video.Review fromJoshua R

Scammers! They've been sending mailers saying that you missed a package delivery. Then they start asking questions to "confirm your identity" like social security, date of birth, etc. Lots of people in my neighborhood have been getting these mailers and these guys are a bunch of crooks. Don't trust them, don't hire them, blacklist them completely.Fidelis Elite Systems

We send cards to new home owners, we test water quality for free and provide a gift card for your time. There's no purchase necessary. We never confirm things like social or date of birth. Maybe you are confusing us with someone else. We have no reason to confirm that private information, it's not necessary to test your water. We only confirm your number on that card which corresponds with your information that's already provided by the county, it's public information when you purchase a home.
