      Purchased coverage with Portfolio when buying my pre owned car and almost forgot about it until I had an issue 3 years later. The person who answered my call was courteous and helpful. Upon ending the call I almost immediately received an email to fill out a simple form. This was on a Friday afternoon and by Monday had received the approval for my claim. I could not be happier with the service I received from this company and I have peace of mind knowing that they are there if I have any future issues.

      I purchased a 2017 ***** pilot with lifetime warranty from Portfolio Lifetime Warranty under the impression that I infact wouldn't have to worry about issues in the future. I drove almost 2 hrs away to service my car at the home dealer just to protect the warranty. On 1 occassion, I was not going to make it to my home dealer so I called the 1800 number to submit a request so I could go to a nearby *****. When I called the representative completely discouraged me saying "it's alot of paperwork to keep up with, and you could have issues later on getting coverage" , "it's best to go to your home dealer" I explained I was too far and wouldn't get a chance to go in for a bit since I wouldn't be off. She then proceeded to tell me that I still had 10k miles left to get an oil change and that in fact my vehicle only needed 3 oil changes a year so I would be fine... fast forward to now, my car has an engine issue. Lifetime warranty is saying I went over the miles between oil changes when infant THIER *** GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION. I did my part, I called, I drive, far at that, I trusted their "representative" who gave me WRONG, MISSLEADING information and now I am stuck with the bill. I have been reading about other similar scenarios and now feel like this is all part of portfolio ones efforts to NOT cover repairs. What a scam... How is this business even accredited?

      I had a vehicle I traded in that had an extended warranty on. I was do a refund and it became little involved due to the fact the the dealership was no longer in business. ***** at Portfolio could not have been MORE than helpful in obtaining said refund thank you very much *****

Every question I ask he has an answer to, and his responsiveness is so quick! He is the best representative I have worked with since I started my job as a service advisor.       I had purchased my car without realizing they added 2 extended warranties to my loan which inflated the price by a lot. I was able to get in touch with ****** **** at the cancelation department who walked me through the process I needed to go through in order to get a refund on these warranties. Unfortunately my dealer was playing games and would not cancel them for me. When I went down there to try again, I called Kyndle who overhead the conversation with the sales manager and she realized they were never going to cancel these for me so she had to do it on her end. Thanks to Kyndle going above and beyond helping me out with this, I was able to get a refund to pay down my car loan and refinance for a better deal. I know it is not a review based on using their services, but for someone to go out of their way like this to help cancel a policy from their company, it really goes to show they value their customers.Thank you again for all your help!

      I dealt with ****** **** on transferring a warranty that needed to be done asap . I cant speak highly enough about her prompt attention to the matter . She was available to answer all my questions, had a quick response time to my emails . She was a pleasure to work with and an asset for sure to the portfolio team !
