    I called the company and asked to schedule a day to help me move roughly a week from the day, they transferred me to a person that told me they could meet the date requested and then asked me to pay a portion of the fee. Which I did, I paid $250 and then hung up. I called back within 2 hrs and informed them that I wouldnt need their help and cancelled the service request. They then told me that what I paid wouldnt be refunded, when I asked why not, they told me that it was a non refundable deposit. That was never explained to me on the initial call before they took my money. When I asked to speak with the person in charge that makes the decisions on refunds I was transferred over to the owner who yelled at me and told me that he moved heaven and earth to make my reservation possible and then hung up on me without another word. I have still not heard back or received my refund.
