    Unfortunately, my full review has too many charaters to submit but anyone who wants to hear the FULL details just ask. For now, suffice to say there were many problems, language barriers, defective glass panels that it took 3 panels to get it right, more days than planned that I had to keep canceling my plans to accommodate getting the job done. The project to a VERY LONG TIME. I initially contracted with them on June 24th, 2022. The installation began on August 25th, 2022 and was not finally completed until January 23rd, 2023. Whether you look at it as either 7 months or 5 months, it was WAY too long of a process! In a nutshell, I would NEVER recommend Window World, or I guess I can say do business with them AT YOUR OWN RISK! The owners may stand on/by their product, but the product does not stand on its own - defective not once, twice, but THREE times!! I would have asked for my money back, but I no longer had my old sliding glass doors, so I was caught in a cycle of defective parts. Yes, Window World has a lifetime guarantee, but who wants to deal with all the frustration and time it takes?!

    I have been living with leaky windows for over two years now and I have gotten in contact with window world for the last two years with no solution. Ive called over 30 times. Ive dealt with mold, damage to my Persian rugs and damage to my Italian furniture in two living rooms. The current rain situation has caused water damage, mold, and rust. I had recently replaced the furniture and rugs and again the water leak has damaged them due to the negligence of window world. The warranty is useless if the company doesnt stand by it. Do not use this company to install your windows. Ive lost more money in damages than I paid to replace all my windows. Its better to go with another company. My whole home has been damaged due to the leaky windows. I recommended this company to all of my neighbors when I first had the windows installed. Ive given them so much business but they have lost my business. I waited two years for a solution and the company did not care. After giving them multiple chances to fix the problem I was unable to get anywhere I decided to finally leave a review.

    I have a record of all call logs and text messages between Window World and myself with confirmation from window world via text that they have received multiple documents I have sent them. In the last two years I have spoken to ******, ****, ****, *****, ***** and countless more. ***** said she would reach out to you ********************* but you did not respond and she left you a message about my leaky windows. When you didnt follow up she called me and said she reached out to one of the owners and then to the other owner ***** who also didnt care to follow up. Today I got a call from ****** after leaving a review on BBB and he informed me ***** is no longer working with the company. ****** sent his repair guys around April 2022 to fix some of the issues and get serial numbers of the windows to order parts. A year later and nothing has changed but the leaks have gotten worse and have caused more damages to my home in addition to the damage that was previously caused. Nothing was fixed and no windows were ordered to be repaired or replaced. Implying that a customer is lying and you have no record of countless calls is not a solution. I didnt even email you with my contact information and someone got in contact with me from Window World so clearly you have a record of my calls. Hopefully this time we can find a real solution and Window World will take responsibility for the horrible customer service and low quality windows and faulty installation.

I am glad that ****** reached out since ***** and **** are no longer with Window World. I know ****** is setting up a time to go out and take a look at your windows to see what is causing the leak so that we can rectify this issue. ****** is very good and has been installing Windows for years.     I gave it a 1 start because there isnt 0. Window world has been to my house 4 times to measure new screens and have yet to get the measurements correct. Its taken them this long to make screens and appointments. There are only 7 screens to replace and ************** sliding door screen fits probably because its almost generic. Also I was sent a text message stating someone would be at my house at 8 am to install. At 8:45 am no show so I called and ***** the receptionist said oh its from 8-noon. I said that wasnt specified in the text you sent it just states 8 am. There is a lack of communication with ***** to her staff. Shes not very friendly and always says No Problem in steady of youre welcome. Well it is a problem because they cant get the right screens for my windows. They might want to measure the screens when they arrive at their warehouse before sending someone to TRY and install. So I am waiting again for a return phone call and guessing they will try again. Maybe 5 tries will be the charm.

I do see that ***** ordered the correct sizes and the incorrect sizes were sent by the manufacturer. I found out that the manufacturer does not make these screens anymore. I also spoke to *****, and she will be reaching out to get you scheduled so that we can custom make your screens for you.I also see that you purchased your windows 17 years ago and this project was installed by the previous Window World owners. We honor our warranties and we are going to make it right and custom make new screens for your windows. We are the only Window company that I know of that has a lifetime screen warranty and we will complete your screen service.     I got my windows installed by Window World. ****** was the rep that came out and helped me with my whole house project. Professional, courteous, and pricing and quality that can't be matched. I got 4 other quotes and nobody came close. I would highly recommend.

    This Company lacks accountability, professionalism and customer care. I went under Contract with WW back in April 2021 for a new set of windows for my mobile home the salesman offer me a price match because I had a lower quote from another company just their lead time was longer lil did I know I was going to suffer and pay for not choosing the other company I was set up for an install fin late July 2021, everything was going great paid my 50% was super exited to get my new windows. Then all h*** broke loose they sent a couple of mentally challenged installers to do the job, They tore to my house like savages, they didn't put any kind of containment or barrier for the shaving ad dirt it took them 10 hours plus another day to finish their mediocre job, my bathroom window was install without the privacy glare I requested damaged my personal property my new flooring, chipped my new kitchen countertops not to mention that my whole house was full of aluminum shavings and blobs of silicon, they damaged my front garden they broke the old windows and left glass all o it was a mess, nobody in this company cares. they keep CHARGING my card the wrong amount for a job they have not COMPLETED since September of 2021, Please dot do business with these people unless you want to suffer. Dear ***** if you read this please call me and STOP charging my card. better yet we can meet @ court if you like? I give you a one because I can give a CERO.

    Had eight ***************************** door installed in July 2021 and are still trying to get corrections to three windows & screens and we are unable to use those windows (as of May 4, 2022). The sales department sells items that Window World cant deliver. Multiple phone calls and letters to Window World and we are still waiting for a completion to this project. We constantly have to call them to inquire about status. Letters have been sent to the owner, but he delegates instead of communicating with the customer. Really dont think he cares. Have had many installers out to fix the problems, but still not yet fixed. They spend lots on advertising which would be money better spent on solving issues for their customers. Very unhappy. Wish we hadnt used Window World.

    We contracted Window World for 3 sliding windows. Our sales person, ******, promised there would be a person out within 2 days to do the final measurement. After 2 weeks I called and she said she hadn't made arrangements for the final measurement and it would take 3 more weeks to have somebody out. I wanted to cancel the contract and she refused saying it had been over 3 days and it was too late. She told us we wouldn't have to pay for the Inspection Fee. *********************, one of the owners said if the County didn't charge Window World the fee then I would not be charged. We were charged $175 for the inspection fee which they refused to deduct from the final ****. The County told me the inspection fee was waived and it was $0 dollars. I don't know how these people stay in business. I would never use Window World again because they are liars and don't care about the customer. I talked to the owner ********************* and she was no help at all.

    I am sorry sir but I do not take kindly to calling my wife a liar. If fact you are a liar. We have the documentation to prove it. I normally lay down and say the customer is always right but not in your case. You are a horrible person and have fabricated and not stated the truth. We have our emails to you and from you to prove it. There is even a refund check mailed to you. You said the you wish you never contracted with us and the feeling is mutual.Contractors beware of this customer.

    There are 2 people who lied to me. Andrea who lied about a permit fee that would be refunded at the end of the process. It wasn't. The other person who lied to me was Karyn, co-owner, who said she would refund the $175 permit fee if she wasn't charged that amount by the county. Window World did not pay the county a $175 permit fee and I did not receive a refund. So how was I not lied to? I HAVE THE E-MAILS TO PROVE IT !!

    How did she lie?They stated that when the job was closed if a refund is due it would be paid. You just paid because you said you would not pay until the inspection. Accounting just closed out your job. Your check is coming to you. Please leave us alone. We do not like dealing with people who receive an excellent job and want to complain about something. You will receive your check soon. Unless of course you keep calling us liars when we clearly are not.Contractors PLEASE beware of this person.Call us for details
