    I have been making payments to this business for over six months for a loan either my husband or I had gotten through them when we were going through a hard time financially. Because we needed the money, we got roped in without doing much research. Now months and many payments later we want to try and pay the loan off, but we cannot find any information about the loan, I have made several phone calls and can't find anything about the account. It is like everything has just disappeared.

    This company charged me a three digit interest rate which is illegal in *********. I am paying $450 out of my pocket twice a month and had no idea that the highest interest rate allowed was 12%. I am behind on bills and the amount I owe has increased!?! Unreal. I want to report this to my bank as well. They are basically stealing money from people. They also do not return emails based on questions you have asked!!!

    I got an original loan of $1100 and was to pay back $2979.56. I had to make a payment plan and have been paying $50 every 2 weeks for 2 years now and will end up paying $4,738.93 total. I have my email from the new $50 payment arrangement that never gave an updated payment schedule nor said that extra interest would be charged. My account did not have an updated payment schedule until I emailed today.

    I signed up for a $300.00 loan for which I needed to pay some debts. My family came down with illness, both my mother and sister with cancer. I was paying an APR at 700+% and about $46.09 weekly. I cannot make these payments- I thought I would be able to pay the full amount off early and unfortunately as the summer would have it I have lost my job and also lost my sister as she had lost her battle with cancer. Not only am I dealing with the grief of such a close loss, I am also helping to support my mother in any way possible to help with her cancer fight and provide support for my sisters 5 children. Also, no having to find another source of income as my job of 6 years was not able to accommodate my need for time off to tend to family matters, I was able to delay a couple of the weekly payments and have not been able to any more. When I call to discuss I get the run around or no Answer. I had to put stop payment from my bank as it was draining me into a negative balance and I have to provide food for my self first and also others. I am in dire need of assistance and would have never accepted the terms of such a high APR had I really understood the fine print. I am also skeptical of this company as since I signed up with them I have now been the target of many scams via text or email stating that I applied for loans which I never did. I am a self sufficient hard working(when employed) single woman who is doing everything to make ends meet. My family cannot even provide a proper funeral for my sister due to the extreme costs of her very aggressive cancer y treatments that sadly did not work. I believed I have already met the principal amount of the original loan as well as interest for the short time it has been in my name. I need help and dont know where to start Im denied jobs that require credit checks because of my rebuilding credit score.

    Im being charged triple digit APR. Paying back over $5,000 for a $1500 loan. I recently was advised that this isnt even legal where I live. Ive called, emailed, texted multiple times for someone to call back and all Im told is someone will contact you shortly. DO NOT BORROW FROM THIS LENDER. They are a predatory lender.

    I am working on a payment arrangement. However, for some reason the business is using a ******** Service to take payments out of my account.However previously they were taking out payments with no issues.This is leading into a delay to get my account paid off.I want them to honor their original payment arrangement.

    I was terminated from multiple job positions, I was denied unemployment, evicted and lost my vehicle. I am living on the streets, shelters and vacant buildings. I do not have any money, I am over 100k in debt and cannot afford to pay this loan back or even a small amount in goodwill. I have explained this several times and I will be calling to speak to a manager to get this forgiven at all costs.

    Kali LLC dba Condor Credit discloses the total cost to a borrower if only the minimum payment schedule is followed. All rates and loan fees are prominently displayed within the loan contract and were acknowledged by ********************* at each point by mandatory electronic signature.

    In the event customers would like to modify their payments, we encourage them to contact **************** at ************** at least three (3) business days before their scheduled payment date to request the payoff of an account, to skip a payment or to make an additional payment that will go towards their principal balance. Making payments toward the principal balance can quickly reduce the outstanding balance and reduce the time to repay the loan off.

    As a courtesy to *********************, we will consider all payments made to date and close the account without any further obligation.

    Condor Credit is calling me after I paid debt in full. I have called them back four times to stop calling me because I settled the debt via ACH withdrawal. They always come back telling me, 'we will let our supervisor' know.
