On 4/3/24 I took out a loan in the amount of $600.00. Unfortunately, I signed an agreement to pay the loan back in full in bi-weekly installments of $169.09 at an interest rate of 795%. My last payment was made on 7/19/24 and to date I have paid in total $1,359.02. That being said I have paid back the loan times two. They are committing usury; lending money with unreasonably high interest rates. I tried calling and explaining this at least 3 times and spoke with a young lady, who told me my current balance is $1,197.52. I am now working less hours due to medical reasons (a ruptured disc in my cervical spine) and cannot afford to pay any more money to this company. I have placed a stop payment on my account and again asked for help. more than once. My last attempt to try and settle the debt was 8/6/24. As previously stated this is predatory lending and it has put me in a worse position than I was in before.

My loan was $1450 in April 2024 and I have paid $2706.21 and they are still requesting $1893.6 to settle the loan. They charge $462,60 every 2 weeks except for one payment of $393.21.. Over 500% interest rate? I informed them I could not afford that amount and they still insisted on this amount. Is this legal? Please help me. Thank you

I have not been able to view my online account in about a month, I have reached out to this business on several occasions now by phone and was informed that they don't know what the problem is and they're having issues with their system. This is the answer I get every time I have called. I also discovered during my last call, that when my payment is siting in pending, even though I have not missed a payment that is charged weekly, the company is charging me a "late fee" and continues to charge me interest. I have not been able to apply their "award points" for paying on time, since I can not get into the system. I have spoken to a rep who later transferred me over to a Supervisor, she stated she can not transfer my award points for paying on time, and she's not able to provide me with a balance on where I stand right now. So, this company continues to rack more interest charges and I'm blind on what is owe, the company just continues to draft funds out of my account weekly. I just now tried reaching out through there Live Chat, it stated 0 people was waiting in front of me, yet I can not make contact with them. I feel like at this point my stress level have reached it's peak and is hoping someone can step in to help me resolve this issue. Since every time I have made contact their answer to me is sorry, we can not help you, but yet they can continue to sky rocket the interest and fees on a blind account I can not see or get into.

Little Lake Lending discloses the total cost to a borrower assuming only the minimum payment schedule is followed. All rates and loan fees are prominently displayed within the loan contract and were acknowledged by *************** at each point by mandatory electronic signature.
In the event customers would like to modify their payments, we encourage them to contact **************** at ************** at least three (3) business days before their scheduled payment date to request the payoff of an account, to skip a payment or to make an additional payment that will go towards their principal balance. Making payments toward the principal balance can quickly reduce the outstanding balance and reduce the time to repay the loan off.

On 6/3/2024, I had an early payoff amount of $323.97, that was scheduled to back in mid May 2024, taken directly out of my bank account so my loan could be paid in full. When I looked on my online banking account, I saw that ********************** *** also took out the monthly fee of $139.67 as well as the early payoff amount I had scheduled in May!! So I was very upset and called their customer service and asked the female agent to give me a refund for the monthly fee of $139.67 back to my bank account. I also said why TF did they take both payments out in the 1st place?? Because I NEVER had the monthly fee taken out when I paid off my previous loans cleared before, so why now?! She told me that it was a new system they have started now and that's how the operate! I never got a refund AND I also asked her and a couple more customer service agents later in this month to permanently close my account because I didn't want it anymore!! All 3 agents said my account was permanently closed now, BUT I STILL SEE ONLINE THAT IT'S ACTIVE!!! I'M VERY ****** OFF AND WANT THE COMPANY TO PERMANENTLY DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND ALL THE PERSONAL INFORMATION OFF THEIR DATABASE NOW!!! AND I WANT MY MONTHLY PAYMENT BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT TOO FOR THE AMOUNT OF $139.67 ASAP!!!

I took out a personal loan and the company has been withdrawing money from my bank account monthly. The loan has now been paid off since March 2004: but they are still taking money from my account and claim that my account with them is in collections. I told them this was fraudulent and let them know I was going to report them to BBB and then they said they would close my account, but still have my money that they stole from my bank account.

I tried to return the money but a $100 was paid on something from my acct. I returned $700. I talked with little lake and they say i signed for loan, I didn't. I found out that they are connected to lendumo. i previous had a loan with them and to block further payments. Both companies are crooks. I want the $208 that was taken out of my acct reversed. I will pay $100 but no more. I never signed for loan, they are scammers and liars.

I borrowed 2500 dollars at a very high interest rate knowing I could pay it off quickly with little interest to pay. I did pay it off within the time frame to avoid a lot of interest. Within 4 weeks. The issue came with the final payment of 995 Dollars when they rejected the payment and then didn't notify me and took further payments out for exorbitant rates. When I notified them they said it was their system error and they would honor the final payment and they were already deducting payments from my accounts. I had also went online to make a final payment trying to be a good citizen. I was the. Told the following day and today that the final payment won't be honored. They have taken out as much as I borrowed and more and are claiming I owe ******* some dollars and two more payments and not honoring what they said just yesterday. Things ridiculous. The other page in their website says I only owe 9 dollars. But they say 1300 and the top page ?? f website says the 1300 and two more payment. This needs to stop and I also found the state of Illinois's is doing a class Action against them For same ***** practices.

Had been a frequent customer. Always paid my loan off on the first paycheck accept once and then it was the second paycheck. Used to schedule my full payoff with no problems. This time they took the full payoff amount AND the monthly payoff. I talked to three customer service agents and got three different reasons why I don't get a refund of my monthly payment. It seems they changed their terms that you can't pay off early as before and not be charged your monthly payment. This is not obvious when you set up your payment and they are refusing a refund. Guess I'll be spending my time writing reviews and going up whatever pretend chains of command exist with this shady company
