  This RTC is awful. Plenty of patient rights violations as well. I was a client here in June and only stayed a couple of weeks. The staff treat the clients like children. Rationing the food and listening to your private calls. They monitor who calls you and who you call. There is little to no privacy when making calls and that is a violation of patient rights. The staff is very vulgar and use a lot of profanity. The chef is a joke. The food is awful and she touches it without gloves and serves some of it from plastic bags. If you need to get well find a better place. My therapist told me to shave my facial hair. It was very unprofessional. It feel like these people are just learning everything and that is probably true because the place has been open approximately 2 years. The groups are remedial too. They say you are free to leave at anytime and when I tried to exit the front door a staff blocked the exit with her body. There arent enough characters remaining to fully describe the what a horrible place this is. Its placed in a terrible location in the middle of nowhere and its hot as all get out and there is no pool. I the best staff was the nurse ****** and the case manager ******. The psychiatrist on staff was also excellent. They are uncoordinated, people from shift to shift do not know whats going on or aware of the rules.
