      On Wednesday July 26th purchased a Pentair VS Motor 1.5hp for $535 for a rental with Tenants currently residing in house.The Company representative said the pump arrived Monday July 31, 2023 and that the Installer would be by on Tuesday August 1st to install. Installer was a no show and the company refuses to allow ***** to pic up pump for self install. Now the company is not returning my phone calls and sends me straight to voice mail as of August 3, 2023. I requested a refund since the pump is not being delivered as of 8 days since purchase and 3 days since they have had the unit in possession and they refuse to refund the amount even though they have not produced the pump. We emailed the company since phone calls were not being returned that we will take them to Small Claims Court and file a grievance with BBB and they still refuse to respond.

      Cory ** *******, owner of The Pool Butler, LLC may come off confident and knowledgeable in his 6-7 years of service, however, ruined our inground vinyl liner pool with a rookie mistake of draining it completely, leaving it to dry for over 36 hours and then blaming the damage on "the age of your liner" despite upon estimate of job to correct the CYA levels, stated that our liner had 1) several more years to it and that 2) he had insurance in case anything goes wrong. Cory was not forthcoming in the damage that he created to our liner, and only when I came home from work did the damage clearly speak for itself. The liner was shrunk beyond recognition, pulled off the steps and walls of our pool, and upon his refilling of our pool, it began to tear in multiple areas. Cory never admitted to his negligence, never apologized for his mistake and worse of all, stated that he "spoke to my insurance and they stated that I'm not at fault due to the age of your liner." What he must have neglected to tell his insurance company was of his negligence of completely draining a vinyl pool, leaving it completely dry for over 12 hours (36 hour draining process, until he returned the following day!). Cory not only 1) did not respond to our request to to have him pay for the repairs, 2) he neglected to respond to our attorney, 3) only came to court once we summoned him, but 4) is also neglecting to respond to our request for him to pay the judgement in our favor. Before doing any business with him (this was supposed to be a simple drain and clean), check his contractors license on the state board...we wouldn't be in this predicament if he was. Additionally, don't fall for his talk as this "family business" persona is not only negligent, but fraudulent in what he presents and dishonest (he also refused to admit to his mistakes and make things right). Get everything in writing from him if you decide to work with him.

      I am usually pretty understanding with customers and will not mind a bad review as its from ones perception of their experience and I usually always reply with understanding and appreciation. As a business owner, I know that I did everything I could to keep everything transparent with you regarding the service I was providing. I informed you of the condition of your pool liner and that it would need to be replaced by next season. I chose not to charge you for services as the drain made the liner worse. However, it was not my doing as I warned you prior that this may happen due to how old the pool liner was. I even offered to pay for half of the replacement of the liner. Yet that was not good enough for you. Here is where I will not tolerate the review as you are speaking false information adding lies and misconception of my business. I have 100% insurance coverage for my business since day one. Note in the attached pictures, I am also a licensed and CPO certified (Certified ********** Operator) I would not operate my business without it. For you to state that I do not have insurance speaking as if you know my business is defamation of character and my business. I informed you that my insurance did not approve your case as the pool liner was more than six years old as well as being in the poor condition that it was. It was a pre-existing condition, hence why my insurance refused to cover your issue and exactly why the judge ruled how he did. Honesty always prevails. After going through my insurance, I still tried to make things right with you offering to pay for half, (as mentioned above). You were not satisfied with my offer and chose to take me to court for the full amount instead. During court, the judge even informed you that I was not solely responsible for the pool liner due to the condition and age of the pool. Therefore, it was determined by the judge to only pay 1/4th of the cost which is even less than what I was originally offering you. With that I am satisfied with the judges decision. So, I will honor what the judge decided and leave it at that. As for you continuing to harass me, there was no need to send me a letter regarding the Judges decision as I received the same exact information that you received. I have dealt with thousands of people and have never come across such a mean, vindictive bully such as yourself. You have tried to do everything in your power to hurt me and my business. Im making you aware that if you continue to lie and make false accusations about me or my company, I will seek legal assistance and *** you for defamation and slander. It seems to me that you enjoy bringing people down and its unfortunate that you cant forgive and move on. As I will now do with you!!! In a world like the present, we should all be lifting one another. You treated me as if I was trying to get over on you, when in fact I was the only person (company) out of three other companies that would attempt to help you with your situation. I have learned my ****** and will continue serving my current pool customers (136 and counting to be exact). Whom by the way love my work ethic, appreciate my business and respect me as a person. I take pride in my small family-owned business with 8 years of experience, I feel very blessed and happy. I wish you peace of mind at some point as I have now made mine with you!!!

      Interesting response from ****...TWO MONTHS after the court date, and FIVE MONTHS since you ruined our pool.It's not harassment when we're sending you a letter to to request our judgement payment as you have yet to pay us, despite the judgement posted two months ago (mailed 8/3/21 by the court) and have yet to see your SC-133 (judgement debtor's statement of asset). So please "honor what the judge said" and be "honest" as "honesty always prevails" and pay up. We're waiting on our payment from you so we can submit our portion of "Notice of entry of judgement" to the courts. We sent a letter to your home and your business PO Box, via certified mail (which you and/or someone in your household signed for) WITH a self address stamped envelope asking you to pay the judgement as we haven't heard from you. THIS IS NOT HARASSMENT. It's literally asking for the judgement we are owed as we have yet to hear from you. You didn't "chose not to charge you for services as the drain main the liner worse"--we didn't pay you bc you RUINED OUR POOL. Interesting how you've "worked with thousands of people and have never come across such a mean, vindictive bully (as myself)" yet, public records (aka court records) will prove otherwise against your name, so stop this ******** "good guy" facade and just pay up so we can all bury the hatchet.
