      My grey trash container was not picked up last friday which is our scheduled pick up.I have contacted the company last Friday and the office clerk said that they would send the trash truck back by to pick up the trash.Saturday the trash can was still out in the street awaiting pick up.I again called the office on Saturday to inform them that the trash had not been picked up and I was informed that they would write a pick up order for the trash Come Monday I again called the office to inform them that the trash had not been picked up and again the clerk went to talk to the route supervisor and he stated that he would send a truck by to pick up the trash.Come Tuesday again I called the office and was informed that they would send a truck by to pick up the trash.Come wendesday again I called the office and the supervisor stated that he would send a truck by to pick up the tresh and nothing .They take my money but they cant pick up the trash and now it is almost another scheduled trash pick up day.The driver stopped in front of the houise last Friday and then drove to the next door house and picked up their trash.They keep giving me the run around and the trash container is still waiting pickup.Thank you foryour assistance. ****************************

      This area has had a re-route in the last 2 months and there may have been some confusion as to which transfers to service.

      In leu of this we have agreed to provide a month credit towards the account.

      EDCO web site clearly states that customers are eligible to get up to two additional green compostable waste bins for free. I requested two additional green/compostable bins temporarily for landscaping waste (bushes trimming) on June 27, 2023. **** refused to provide them. **** suggested to rent a large 3 yard bin for money plus per deum. this is not an acceptable option for the following reasons: (1) it will result in compostable waste going into landfil, a blatant violation of the current regulations; (2) it will not be possible for me to move a heavy bin to the backyard where small twigs and branches are located and it is not practical to move small twigs and branches to the bin at the curbide; (3) free bins are advertised on EDCO site, not the pay option; (4) Most of my neighbors have two or three such bins permanently. My request was for temporary use. Charging me money for that is not fair. I would like EDCO to reconsider and provide the free green/compostable bins as requested and advertised.

      Thursday September 15 2022 I finally received a call from ******** supervisor of **** in *********** ** after multiple attempts to get in contact with her. She explained I had past due bill of ****** for service I arranged for ex friend at the address **** ****** court in 2021. I did turn on service in Oct, also called shortly after to ************* I paid bill to 0 balance, was told the trashcans will be picked up and service is canceled. now in sept of 2022 bill is sent to my home of **** blossom **** drive. I spoke with ******** on the phone and she yelled at me like I was a child extremely hostile stating that it was my responsibility and that I shouldn't have set it up for my boyfriends house. it was absolutely my responsibility and I took every correct steps to term service. We went through multiple phone calls I made to company from beginning to end, and the one phone call that was made to term service she could not find, and I find this very questionable inappropriate and horrible customer service very much discriminatory actions from this supervisor. This horrible hostile altercation caused me a nervous breakdown driving in the middle of freeway traffic. I had to pull car over to call therapist to calm down just to make it back home. I have never been talked to the way she spoke to me. This kind of customer service is so inappropriate and should not be tolerated by anyone of any nature. I do believe that there is documentation of me terminating this service based on the other conversations i've had with other employees at the **** office. This is why they always transfer me to ********'s extension and why its taken her until this point to contact me back. There is definitely something wrong with this situation and should be taken care of very soon. She should not be allowed to treat people this way ever. She will continue to treat people in this nature if something isn't corrected fast.

      I talked to ******* on 9/16/22 who had said she setup the account under her name for her boyfriend who she resided with, including the father.  We ran her caller ID and no calls were made to cancel service.  I explained to her if she can provide proof that she did not reside at the property then we can clear the debt because as of 9/21/22 this account was paid.  She then hung up on me.

      I in no way talked to her in the manner she discussed she was very angry and hung up on me.  The debt would be her responsibility since she decided to start the account in her name
       
      At this time her account has been paid.

      I would like all of the phone calls to be pulled and checked. My account was closed, I didnt even use the full 4 months of service before payment was due. I was actually refunded a portion of the funds due to the phone call I made to cancel service. 
      the phone call that was made to discuss why I needed to pay also needs to be heard. She was so rude and disgusting to me. I paid the bill in full so I would not have an account in collections. This woman is rude and disrespectful to many. All of the reviews are horrible because this company is careless and very unprofessional.

      Edco trash service charging for the service and not picking up the trash or recycling. Then demanding I pay off what's owed or they can't pick up the dumpster and will have to keep charging for a service they have no intention of fulfilling.

      After i put a previous complaint to the city of Lakewood ********** regarding edco service do to the fact whoever picks up my trash bins, leaves the bins knocked down(not standing up), trash that is left around after unloading bins and not emptying trash bins completely. Either the driver or edco or both are retaliating against me. Reason I said that is because now they didn't pick up my trash. I'm assuming the same driver that leaves trash around after dumping it or leaves bin on the floor can now get out of the truck and leave a note that they won't pick up bin because lid won't close completely. That's one of the worst excuse for not picking it up because before the complaint, I and my neighbors around me have gotten their trash picked up before while lids won't be able to close. Let me also add even if the bin lids didn't close completely I made sure none of it will fall out when they pick it up so that I don't have to pick it up after.I also have a blue containers lid is a lot more open than the regular bin but yet they emptied the blue bin and when I look on the orange note it didn't mention a particular cart so with that being said the blue cart shouldn't have been picked up either but it did. I also would like to mention I lived in places where **** is contracted for their services and this is the first time I had issues with this company or maybe just the driver.I also added pictures of the problems to the city.
