    I took my car in for repair of roof seals due to a corner of the roof visibly having water damage and the seals visibly slide forward. the water damage was in the top right passengers' side in the front of the vehicle only on the roof. while it was there, I had to call twice, and my husband went to their shop because we noticed it was parked outside about a week, we were told no additional water damage occurred from being parked outside and they apologized and stated that it's not their normal procedure to park cars that have not been repaired outside in the rain that is in the shop for reasons as my car. I was notified to pick it up it was ready but upon picking up I saw the passenger's floorboard covered in water the mat soaked and the floorboards had sitting water on the passenger's side. they sucked up the water, but my carpet is still damp, I am concered I may have mold, ****** or stains in the future from the sitting water, I have no way of feeling confided their clean up cleaned up everything its raining and its dark and my floor is still damp it is not dry. I asked for them to note on my receipt what happened in case later when it dries it has stains or meldew or mold, the manager told me Well you brought it in with water damage and offered not one resolution. my complain is I paid for a job that was done but they damaged my car further and have no remorse. I asked to state the damage that occurred in the notes in case I have a stain or mildew or mold from it later and he refused. the employee was not interested in hearing me out that is all I wanted I asked for just me to be heard and for it to be noted on my paperwork. I was told at this point the opposite of what 4 other staff members had repetitively said. which was that they do not keep cars inside with issues like mine! I obviously was lied to on multiple occasions thought-out my experience. I am glad I kept my voicemails I think I'm going to need them. but most of all I am truly disappointed I have been coming to this place for years for my family's cars I stay at home, so I take everyone's cars in and get oil changes at their drive thru oil change I have had my cars brought to their collision repair and I get my cars serviced at their service center so no value in that either. I was treated so poorly I will never go to this establishment, and I hope this never happened to anyone again
