    Poor management and not friendly at all, non professional people

    We are sorry to hear your feedback regarding our services. We understand your disappointment that the full amount of your security deposit was not returned. Our assessment of the property's condition upon your departure was conducted in accordance with California law, and the deduction reflects the necessary repairs and cleaning required to return the unit to its pre-rental condition.
    Regarding your request for additional discounts on third-party services, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While we strive to offer competitive pricing, our existing contracts with vendors already provide significant discounts that are passed along to our tenants. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer further reductions at this time.

    If I could give zero stars I would. This company (for years) has been s******* future tenants/current tenants. All Ive had is bad experiences when interactions were necessary. I rented from them from 2013-2015 and 2018-2022. Nothing changed within the time that I rented first and most recently. The employees are rude to you no matter the situation. Im shocked theyre still in business. Ask anyone thats used their service and Im sure theyll tell you guys the same information. From what I understand theyre a property management - they should be a neutral placeholder between the tenant and the owner, although they do everything in their power to support the owners needs before the tenants. They also treat you as if youre less then them. Managers have a power trip. They use the properties as leverage over your head anytime you have a concern or issue that needs to be resolved. My most recent house was having electrical problems so I advised them of the issue, they tried shrugging it off saying it was something I was doing so I argued for an electrician to come and it turned out (info given by electrician) they had too large of a power supply running to one breaker and they did nothing to fix it? Not sure how thats legal.. sounds like a fire hazard to me. My water heater went out and it took them a week to get a new one in and when they did, they replaced it with a mobile home heating unit too small for the size of the home I was renting(info given to me by HVAC). And I got no compensation for being out of hot water for a week. I could go on but they shouldnt be in business or new owners should come in.
