    Warning!!! Do NOT buy anything from this company! Their products look nothing like the pictures and are LOW quality. They advertise easy returns. It is NOT easy at all. They do not reply to emails requesting to return the item. Instead of giving you a refund they try to offer you $20 after you paid $150! Dont do it! Avoid like the plague.

    Overall a horrible business. False advertising all around. Took longer than stated to deliver and the product was nothing like it was advertised.

    I have been fighting with this company and jumping through hoops for over a month to get my money refunded to me for a dress i returned follwoing their instructions to a T. Everytime i inquire about an update i recieve the same automated message. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WAS TRASH AS WELL. That is why i returned the item... it was not at all as described.

    I ordered a dress for prom and it took over a month to arrive when I payed for express shipping. Two weeks after I ordered it I sent an email asking for an update but the never responded. BUT when the dress came it was good quality and fit perfectly! So if you order from here order well before you need the dress.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPAN Y! Ordered a prom dress on 4/29/24 with a 3-5 day delivery window, not more than 10 days later the order has not even been processed let alone shipped. When I contacted customer service I was told they could only refund the shipping but not the full order because it was not within the 24 hour of order window. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service and now I have a daughter left without the dress she loved!

    I ordered two dresses for my daughter, both in size 4. Unfortunately, one dress didn't fit, so I promptly emailed Zapaka within 72 hours to arrange a return. However, I received no response. After emailing them again and providing extensive proof of my previous emails along with pictures of the dress and its packaging, they finally replied, offering only a 10% refund. When I questioned their decision and requested an explanation, they increased the refund to 20%, still without clarifying why they were deviating from their stated return policy. To add to the frustration, despite my numerous emails throughout the day, they responded as if it were our first contact. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I have decided never to order from this company again.Furthermore, the dress we decided to keep broke within an hour of my daughter wearing it, highlighting its poor quality. In contrast, when I returned two dresses to *******, another company, I received a full refund promptly. WINDSOR DRESSES upheld their return policy without issue. I strongly advise others to avoid Zapaka and instead opt for companies that honor their return policies, saving both money and time.

    Send wrong item then would only accept return if I paid shipping and lost the money spent on the original express shipping. This was their mistake but they refused be held accountable. There is no way to leave reviews for them so we have no recourse. I did not agree on their policy so they stopped communication so Im now with no options. Theyre probably the worst company Ive ever delivered with. Theyre based over seas and have no working phone number either.

    If I could rate this company a ZERO, I would. They took 3 months to ship me a dress, never once responding to the numerous emails I sent. Their customer service number is bogus and never answered. After finally receiving the item, I filed a refund request as the event I purchased the dress for has already passed. Because I was on vacation when the item arrived and I did not request a refund fast enough (9 days instead of 7) they refuse to issue me a refund! Ironic considering I had to wait almost 90 days to receive my item!!! I have still not spoken to an actual person, just receiving emails. The worst company I have EVER dealt with. Not sure what is more insulting, the fact that they refuse to speak to me directly or the fact that they want to hold me to a schedule they themselves could not meet! Do not order from them! Quality of the dress was poor and customer service is HORRIBLE!!

    This place is a scam. They promised to ship my item within 48 hours. When they did not live up to this promise on their site I asked for my order to be canceled. They said they would but would only refund the shipping. Also, their "phone number" doesn't work because they are having trouble with their voicemail. Do no buy from them.

    Buyer beware. This website is practicing false advertising, steals money, and will waste your time in hours upon hours of sit and wait customer ********** The website promised our dress would ship within 48 hours but did not.2) The product never shipped. 15 days after purchasing and paying for a dress, we still dont have the product we paid for with no indication that it has or will ship. The customer service representative is telling me that the order is still processing, they cant promise a ship date, and that their policy wont allow a full refund because I didnt cancel within 24 hours. They are in violation of the *** rules that state an item must be shipped within the time advertised on the vendor website and/or ads but Zapaka wont budge from their scripted cancellation policy.3) Their foreign customer service representatives take upwards of 30 minutes in between responses. What appears to be 5-10 minutes worth of chat took me four hours.4) If you check TrustPilot and the BBB, more than half of reviewers have given 1 star reviews and have been scammed out of money.5) I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.
