      I ordered one bottle of Anandatol, which should have contained 30 capsules. I received the bottle, and the cap had a plastic casing. I took the casing off and opened the bottle. The protective cover from underneath the cap was torn away. You can see where the protective covering was torn around the rim and was missing. I counted the pills in the jar, and 27 were in the jar instead of 30. This means that this jar went to a customer, who took three pills and returned the jar to Immunocorp. How do I know the customer didn't do anything to those pills? Immunocorp put a new plastic casing on the cap after receiving the used bottle from another customer and turned around and sent it to me, three pills short, without a protective covering underneath. All this and not knowing if that customer did anything to those pills and they sent it to me. This is simply not safe. How do I know what the last customer did to these pills? How can a company take used pills and send them out to a new customer? This is simply bad business practice altogether. I called them, and they offered to send me a new bottle, but even then, I felt very uncomfortable if this was how they do business. When I order from them, how would I know I am not getting a used bottle or pills that are unsafe? This is very shady. They should be ashamed to run a business like this where their customer's safety is jeopardized.

      Hello Mr. ******************* apologize for this oversight on our part. We work hard to make sure all of our product is fit for shipment. With the bottle you are referring to, sounds like the customer removed the cap and returned the cap with the shrink band intact and we did not catch this. We apologize. As of this writing, the order was refunded minus S&H as is standard. However, upon reading about the specific issue, we are refunding the S&H as well.

      I asked them why they arent on BBB since theyve been around since 1994 or something and they told me they havent forked over the hundreds of dollars to you folks. I told them it is well worth it in the long run, but I was just treated like total c*** from these people after I bought their product. I then tried to get online to find my order and they were offline for about a week. They came back for a couple of days and now their website is down again. I want to take advantage of their money back guarantee before they tell me its been too long and they wont oblige.I did not see any set time for the product, but I am always diligent in these matters, and Ive only had their product in my possession for about 2 1/2 weeks.They hardly communicate with me through email, and when they do theyre rude.When I received the product, it had a sticker on it that said that if I was drug tested, there is a possibility that there will be a trace amount of THC and will possibly show up. Well that was not on their website AT ALL!!Im a school bus driver and I cant be taking that c*** and driving even if its a small amount. So with all this said I would like my money back please so I can put it towards something else to help **** appreciate your help on this matter and thank you for your time and effort.I also appreciate what you do.Ive attached the photos of their website with their guarantee with o questions asked.

      Immunocorp did respond to both the email and BBB accreditation email. The email question was of the usual sort but the BBB question was the first we have ever received and was irregular. Concerning the refund, Immunocorp received the request for refund today, March 21st via email. This email was responded to and shortly thereafter, Immunocorp saw the BBB complaint notification. Instruction was provided on how to proceed with a refund. No time was given that we can tell before the BBB complaint was submitted.

      Sent this email to **** but (as have in past) they just IGNORE all communication with customers, so sending via BBB (to MAYBE have SOMEONE reply?)....looks like I won't be reordering thru this *** anymore since their customer service is NON EXISTENT!my message to them read:Order Date:12/6/2023 Order Number:1618661 I ordered "SIX" of your Anandatol capsules (AN5K30) that is SUPPOSED to have 30 pills per bottle in it. I found TWO bottles only came with 28 pills in each, and you might not think this is a big thing, but when one is on an 'EXTREME LIMITED BUDGET' during this insane (joke of a gov't) time, one has to count every cent to make sure there is enough money to cover the increasing in EVERYTHING (from food, to rent, to utilities, gas, on and on and on!). These pills are NOT cheap (even with discounts they are about $1.00 per pill), so since I was SHORTED by FOUR pills, and I had to lose so much time not only on this email but having to open up every one of the bottles (before I'm even ready to use them, so there goes the 'freshness' as well), I would like a $5 REFUND to make up for this loss. Please reply ASAP (so I don't have to try to contact you via Better Business Bureau or thru my credit card ***...both which would create claims, which I'd rather avoid ...as I'm sure you would too). I have every intention of ordering this many bottles on a regular basis, but if I can't TRUST your *** to ship out "COMPLETE" bottles of product, then I will have to go thru another distributor (or find another Hemp product to use).WAITING for your reply and $5 REFUND back to my Cr Card!thank you.

      Ordered 3 bottles of Anandatol for total of $124.60 on Sept. 17th and the only email I received from them was on that date stating 'order complete'. There was no info given as to shipping info/date/etc.. This is the 2nd time i ordered (I live in Bakersfield....only a few hrs drive away from their Long Beach, ca location) and this is now the 2nd time all i get is email telling me order is processed and then 6-7 days go by and NOTHING...no emails, no updates, no pills arriving, and they don't even reply to emails. So I phone, only to be told they don't even have the product in stock yet!...but they IMMEDIATELY take your $$ (it's not even in PENDING status on credit card, just taken right away!) while they then keep you waiting without any update that they have NOTHING to send out when you placed the order (making me think this is a 'drop ship' setup! So before I talked to a rep. the phone recording said that call was being recorded so i let person know that this is unacceptable, after she blamed delay on covid, and I said covid has nothing to do with co. not even bothering to email customers who now have ALREADY PAID IN FULL that here is no stock. All I got was excuses, and so I told her that yes i do want my order cancelled because today they couldn't even send anything out as they STILL had zero stock!....and then she just hangs up on me!!! WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS!??? AVOID THIS COMPANY ...they will tell you anything and STILL keep you waiting (while they have ALL your money already!). I want an IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND for NON SHIPMENT of my order, and a CONFIRMATION number of this cancelled order (I needed to get this over the phone but again, she just HUNG UP on me without supplying ANY info on the cancellation!). The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! REFUND IN FULL NOW! (also reporting to FTC, Dept of Consumer Affairs, and posting to EVERY review site online that I can find if an IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND is not processed TODAY!)

      As with many companies, we are having some trouble keeping up with inventory but the inventory is delivered but delayed. With the order in question, we have submitted the refund on the 23rd of September. With credit cards, the refund can take a couple to three business days to show. This order would have been fulfilled today, the 26th. By law, a company must ship goods within 30 days. Obviously, we never would take this long but that is the requirement.

      you can close this case....the refund has posted, but NO I do NOT 'accept' their response because they just LIE to customers by not only NOT posting on their website they have ZERO STOCK when orders are placed, but then don't bother EITHER to email the customer any notice that there even IS a delay....especially WHEN THE MONEY IS TAKEN FROM CUSTOMER IN ADVANCE of even HAVING any stock to begin with! That is not only DISHONEST but here they don't even acknowledge their SHADY practice! oh and BTW: I now found out they only Distribute the product, and that it comes from ******....had that of been posted clearly on their site, along with the fact they HAD NO STOCK TO SELL when I placed my order, I would have HELD OFF ordering! You don't leave people in the dark for 10 days wondering where the heck their order is, when the full pymt has already been taken out of one's acct! INEXCUSABLE!

      Immunocorp was advised by the BBB to respond to this complaint from September of 2022 as the message was last responded to by the customer. Per our last response, the refund was submitted on the September 23rd for the September 17th order. As a result of the refund and cancellation, the order was never shipped.
