I was in a car accident about 2 months ago I had filed all the paperwork that I need to with insurance companies and I was told that I was awarded a refund on my extended warranty with ***** I have called them filed canceled my extended warranty and was told on numerous different occasions that a payoff was sent to my lender they would give me the amount and tell me they sent it on a certain day. I would follow up with them every week and they would give me another day another day and another day come to find out they never even sent the check. Call Worthington Ford extended warranty is fraud I still have not received a payment of my refund.Business Response

on the automobile, that refund would go direct to the lender.

Took my 2015 **** escape to this business to be repaired on 12/08/2022. This was 3rd time returning with same issue theyve repaired on past 2 years I went to pick up my car begenning of 03/2023 paid $1350.00 and check engine light as well as needs oil change lights lit up.I told serviceman about these lights and that car was not repaired properly and to call me when fixed.Its been 4 weeks and no return to my messages or a call back.I need my car back and already paid for these current repairs but no communication from dealership??Initial Complaint

1.5 years ago I took my truck to the Ford dealer because my AC wasn't working. Through multiple attempts and diagnostics ran, **** ** ********* stated it was a special part that they have to order. 1.5 years later the part came in and still did not work. I had them take the new part out and put the old one back in. I am asking for my refund back. **** ** ********* keeps saying they are waiting on the check, but every week there is no check. The part was about ***** it is in their system that I bought it and it didn't work, but they aren't paying me back. **** ** ********* was extremely rude when I went there today asking for my refund, threatening to "ram my truck" with another truck in Spanish when he didn't know I understood Spanish. It has been a year and a half with no success on my AC being fixed, and **** ** ********* won't give my money back on a part that I bought and returned same day it was installed. **** ** ********* won't let me talk to the manager. I didn't even take my truck out of the Ford garage with the new part in. I Just want my money back that I'm owed. But I am bullied and threatened every time I do in there and ask for my money back.Business Response

On purchased a 2020 New Ford Escape on 2/08/2021 from Worthington Ford With only 3 miles. Approximately two months later I noticed that the car started making unusual noise, and it felt like it was pulling. I took the car back to Ford service department. This was the beginning of a agonizing problem. I was told the car was okay. The car continued to have problems as was back at the service department on, June/21, July\21, September/21, November/21, January/22. I was feeling defeated, and dismissed. I purchased a new carpet having problems. I felt Ford was putting a bandaid on a bigger issue, and sending me, on-my-way. In February 2022, my car was making weird noises and major jerking I found myself in the service department once again. This time I was told I needed a new transmission. I was beyond exhausted with the situation. I purchased a new car for a new beginning and all I given was a piece of junk. While my car was in the shop I went back to Worthington ford to speak to the financing department. I went over the issues that I was having with my one year old car my. My situation was ignored. The Ford employee in financing told me that I could either get a new car or buy another extended warranty. I was feeling defeated and left in disbelief. I picked up my car in March 2022. It has been about a month. I was still worried about my transmission. This craws riddled with problems. I called Ford Corporation hoping to get help. I was told that Worthington Ford is a Franchise. and had deal directly with them to solve this. In late April 2022, I was back at Ford service department due to my check engine light coming on. There was a problem with the evaporative emissions system. I spoke to the manager on duty and tried to explain my predicament. he cut me off sentence, He told me that car parts come from all over and ford just put their name on it. I still have my car and it's issues. I am still making payments. So frustrating.Business Response
