I am a victim in a trade worth $2,815.88, which represents the amount owed to me due to trade number VS #f2361600 made under false pretenses on the Veriswap app. On April 23rd, 2024 we entered into a transaction wherein a 2002 PSA 10 Japanese Unlimited Celebi POP 33 Mysterious Mountains with Approx. Condition: Near Mint / Mint (~8) raw Pokmon trading card at $2,700 in trade value was agreed to be traded to me for the following: 2021 Umbreon VMAX SCR ALT ART BGS 9 at $750 in trade value, 2006 MEW-HOLO POKEMON EX PSA 5 at $650 trade value, 2002 ************* CSG 10 at $600 trade value, 2012 Charizard Plasma **** CGC 3.5 at $250 trade value, 2015 Hoopa EX CSG 10 (Pristine) at $200 trade value, 2021 FA/GLACEON V PSA 10 at $140 trade value, and 2012 Blastoise Plasma **** CGC 5 at $125 trade value, all for an agreed-upon trade value of $2,715 in addition to $81.23 in Veriswap Fees and Return Shipping as well as $19.65 in Shipping to Veriswap for a total of $2,815.88. However, it has come to my attention that Veriswap misrepresented certain aspects of the trade, thereby constituting in fraudulent behavior. Specifically, Veriswap FAQ question What is allowed on Veriswap states and raw cards with accurately reported condition details. Through proof of an unboxing video delivered to me from the Veriswap Bend, OR location, the raw Pokmon trading card arrived damaged with a noticeable large deep cut. Through further evidence, the condition of the Celebi Pokmon trading card was misrepresented in the traders listing on Veriswap as it was represented as Near Mint / Mint (~8), thus violating the conditions of what is allowed on Veriswap.They gave me $100 in trade credit and told me they are not responsible for the cards condition. I have reached out many times through email and also sent a refund Demand Letter. They have not responded since. They also banned me from the platform and from their socials. The raw card is worth less than $500 in its current condition.
