We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the services and customer support provided by ********************. We generally prefer to resolve issues directly and maintain a positive approach in our business transactions, but we find ourselves in a situation where we have no choice but to file this complaint.When we first signed up with ProspectNow, we were informed by their representative that the service subscription required a full-year commitment, with no option for month-to-month billing. Despite this, we decided to proceed, hopeful that the service would meet our needs.However, from the start, the system was buggy, and the formatting was substandard. We had to invest a significant amount of time editing the content to achieve satisfactory results from our mailings. Despite these shortcomings, we continued to use the service, optimistic that it would ultimately prove to be a worthwhile investment. Unfortunately, we stopped using the service this year because it was not suitable.We have now fulfilled the one-year contract but are dismayed to find that ProspectNow continues to charge our account without our authorization. We have made numerous attempts to contact their customer service to cancel our subscription, but no one has been available to assist us. It seems that all their communication is handled by automated systems, making it impossible to resolve our issue.As a result, we have had to report these unauthorized charges as fraud to our credit card company. We believe it is unreasonable for a company to take over a month to respond to a legitimate customer service request.We request that ******************** immediately cease all further charges to our account. Additionally, we urge the Better Business Bureau to look into this matter to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
