Terrible experience. I had an appointment with an MD doctor this Monday, and they called me on Monday morning to reschedule the appointment. I said yes, cause I know it happens. But I visited the office on Tuesday and had the appointment with another one. I realized the doctor is not the one I scheduled the appt with. But I heard others called her Doctor, so I thought thats fine, shes also a doctor. But when I went back home, I found shes a nurse practitioner instead of a MD doctor. So I called them and said this, they told me I didnt specify I need a MD only appt. So what, I made an appt with a doctor, and the doctor cannot make it. I said yes to rescheduling the appt, and now they say I didnt say any MD only thing during the call about rescheduling. I swear to god nobody told me they changed the doctor of the appointment. They say this is some miscommunication, but I think its cheating. Also another cheating here, my appointment is about two things: one is about flat wart removal, and another thing is about scar recovery. The nurse gave me a kenalog injection for the scar, I would never say yes if I know she is not a doctor. ?And when I went back home, guess what? I found the flat wart didnt get removed at all! I didnt notice this cause there is foam around there after they help me remove it. So I called them again, and they said the flat wart wont be removed during one single session, you have another appointment next month, we can continue working on it. But during the appointment, they told me the next appt is about the scar recovery ( to see if I need one more kenalog injection). Nobody told me I need more appointments to remove flat warts. So they lied to me again. So thats what I got today:1. Wanna remove flat warts but it doesnt get removed.******* one kenalog (steroid, that can have serious side effects, the nurse didn't point out this as well) suggested by a nurse instead of a doctor.

Spoke with patient; patient declines to give us another opportunity and will not be returning.  Says that he understands things happen and appt had to be rescheduled as the MD was not available but was concerned that we did not advise him that appointment was rescheduled with a NP and not a MD.  Patient claims that he did schedule a follow up appointment for 4/4/23 however he has since cancelled appointment because the follo up appointment scheduled was only for the keloid concern.  Advised patient on the date of service he was seen for 5 concerns and provider wanted to see him back in 1 mo to follow up on both the keloid & the wart.  Offered patient to reinstate follow up appointment and that I would be happy to schedule with NP or MD, which ever he preferred, patient said he feels NP is very capable and not questioning her care but declines to return to practice.  *****************************, Area Manager

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/10) */ Ms. ***** presented to our office on 4/12/2022 and had a no charge consult with ************, RN. Patient booked her appointment online herself for uneven skin tone. ******** went over several options for Ms. *****, including Fraxel treatment, Lasker Skin Resurfacing and Microneedling with PRP. At the end of the consult no cosmetic treatment was purchased, and she was told to call back if wished to move forward with any of the afore mentioned treatment. During the no charge consultation Ms. ***** never discussed a cyst with********. A few days later, the patient booked an extraction visit with our esthetician, ******* ******* She was told when she booked the appointment that the fee for extractions was $100.00. When she presented for this appointment, the chief complaint was black heads on her upper back for as long as she could remember. ******* proceeded to extract black heads from her face, neck and back. Again Ms. ***** never mentioned a cyst to *******. Ms. ***** only came in for treatment from our esthetician. Her fees are $100.00 and the was disclosed at the time of scheduling her appointment. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Business Response /* (-10, 6, 2022/08/10) */ Business supplied email: ************************* Use this address for any contact with the Better Business Bureau Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/08/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) There were no extractions of blackheads on face, neck, or back and I was told there would be no charge because of this. Why do you keep lying about what I was told in office? The lady said she is charging because she put some type of solution on my back. I was lied to and will continue to complain to whatever company will listen. Federal Reserve, BBB, FBI if necessary. I requested even a partial refund because I did not have any blackheads to be removed and was told I would not be charged. No need to lie about what I was told in office. I don't appreciate what is being written as it is not true. Civil next. Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/08/25) */ The esthetician who saw ********* is no longer with the practice. All I can do is tell you what the medical record states. ********* booked an appointment with our esthetician on 5/3/2022. The appointment was booked on April 16, 2022 and was told that extractions are $100.00. ********* came to the appointment on 5/3/2022 and paid $100.00 for extractions. The medical records states *********'s chief complaint was black heads located on her up back for a long as she can remember. The findings are that she had black head on her entire upper back. Also, glycolic acid was applied on the affected areas (Upper back) and as a favor at no charge and applied to the elbows as well to help with her pigmentation. The esthetician called her and left voice mail for her to come back in if she would like a redo, but she never called back. This is what was documented in her medical record. Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2022/08/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I complained immediately that there were no black heads but I had a cyst removed at Kaiser and wanted meds to prevent against another cyst. I asked about products and did not receive. I asked for refund or product. She also said in office no charge for she did not see any blackheads even though painful prodding. No blackheads. Sad there is a case of falsehood in a file for me at this office.
