      I placed an order for 6 units. I did not order 12 units. I only have 5 rooms. I did not order any upsell. I was planning on spending around $100, not close to 300 for more than twice the product that I need. I called to cancel when I saw the charges. within 48 hrs., and was told I had to accept delivery and send product back and wait for my money. Then, I won't have my money OR product. They said that refusing the package would slow the process. I'm sure the product had not left any warehouse in the time they had between me ordering and calling to cancel. I notice now that their ******** page says 'permanently closed' ***********************************************. This prompted me to seek help in retrieving my money.

      Thank you for your inquiry.  Our records show that you contacted customer service and they attempted to cancel your order; however your order had already been shipped.  They sent you an email with instructions on how to return the items for a refund.  We will have them send another copy of the email today.  Please follow the instructions in order to receive a refund.

      I have no paper work with my airlonzer, i recieved it 3 days ago from today which is 1-3-2024...I put one into my plug-in and it started smoking took it out right away and it was warm...I bought 6 of them and it does read that if not cleaned off after using 10 days could start a fire. Company said they will give me 30% of my money back and i can keep them......My god why would i do that this is a fire hazzard....Getting the run around. If this is a good company to buy from the should be ashamed of themselves to not care about the products you buy and the outcome FIRE..

      On July 9th, 2023 I purchased six Clarifion units and a 2 year extended warranty from the Clarifion.com web site order #CF-327380 in the amount of $213.78 charged to my Discover credit card. The shipment arrived at my home on July 19th, 2023. I decided against the Clarifion units and purchased a superior air purifier system and pursued a full refund from Clarifion as covered by their 30 day money back guarantee on July 21st, 2023. I have written customer support at Clairifion ************************************ three times with a return request and keep getting vague emails in response that someone will get back to me and for returns to see return policy at their website Clarifion.com which only leads me in endless circles. I would like to return the unused product and warranty for full refund price ASAP. I need a RMA number and documentation from them to do so but I am having absolutely no luck in getting despite repeated requests in writing.

      Was ripped off by a scam false advertizement and deceiving advertizements? That I was never fully aware of? I was sold a broken piece of refurbished air and filter cleaner? And was never fully aware of that I was being sold this FAKE FAKE product and merchandise? I was sent emails that this product would eliminate? Allergies headaches coughing sneezing and supposed to clean the air? All LIES LIES LIES,? And they have used fake fake customers to lie for them? ONCE AGAIN THEY WERE LONG FULLY AWARE OF WHAT THEY WEETE SENDING ME? AND THEY ACT LIKE THAT ***** PIECE OF crap? Is working? They dont take my calls and emails? And THEY HAVE THE ***** TO ASK ME TO WRITE A REVIEW? TAKE A LIEING SURVEY? OR SEND A LIEING COMPLIMENT? I WILL NEVER DO SUCH THING? I have tried to ask them to send me a shipping label so that I can get my refund back or send me a EEAL REAL REAL AIR CLEANER AND FILTER CLEANER? CALLED THE IODIONIZER? Another thing? Please have a real english speaking worker handle this case? I do not need a non speaking english and non reading and non comprehension? Type if worker handling my case? You will only seek to infuriate me more? I am also seeking a vigorous and serious and thorough ? Investigation of this company? I also want an official apology? Abd I want my personal information permently removed?what amazes me the most are they have the ordasity to send me an email about writing a review? Or doing a survey? And sending a comment or compliment? But yet this company are using deceptive and unfair business tactics? Along with false advertizement? And have the nerve to send me lame and bogus excuses? Like I care? Again not that you understand? Please,assign my case to a REAL REAL ENGLISH SPEAKING? NON IGNORANT? AND REAL PROFFESSIONAL WORKER,?

      I am rejecting this response, and I would like this scam and fraud business to know that they are being investigated for deceptive and unfair business practices? Like faulty and broken merchandise that? They are selling off as,new knowing that it is many of there refurbished broken products that are or never has been a new item? Or product?  Yes I am fully rejecting there claims and any other lame and bogus excuses that they are making you think? That they are a legitimate business? Where they have nor ever will be that type of business? And where they use fake customers to act like there product works when it never was intended to work? It was abd always will be LIES?

      I am rejecting this response because:Excuse me Just like always they thought that they could take advantage of me and sell me a piece of crap? And they mistook me like I had no intelligence or mind do take it a step higher? I was prepared to take it a step higher? Know that they found out that I was and have a lot more intelligence than they thought?  I   do not and will not forget the way they treated me? They were not used to some type if other business feedback? So they got embarrassed so they are trying to make up for the ignorance that? They thought? That they could get away with treating me like crap? Abd know there business are put out there they want me to feel sorry for them? I will not ? Had they not sold me a broken piece of equipment? I would not have done ? What I have done? I am glad and will do it again if I have to to establish that I am an intelligent human being? Abd if you thought that you can get over on me then I guess you found out? That I am not so dumb like you thought? When I think if how I was ignored over looked and not taken seriously? No I will not belive that they are sorry? They got caught with there pants down? And know they are trying to make it up to me like as though? I accept there FAKE FAKE  words I dont? This just long have proven to me how greedy greedy companys,like this works? That piece of sad email that they sent me does not mean nothing and never will mean nothing NOTHING  to ME? SO  like they did not take me  SERIOUSLY WHY SHOULD I TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY  I WONT? PEACE?
