I ordered several items from Clarifion ln Nov 2024. I received an item i did not order and another item I ordered close to $50 has never been received although my credit card was charged. I have called many times to inquire about its status and when I finally reached someone in January I was told again it was on back order. I still have not received or been able to reach them and when I call the company refers me to a message system and they never return my call to give me a status report. What is my recourse for getting reimbursed for the item never received and paid for?Initial Complaint

I ordered this product from Clarifion for my home on 1/17/ 2025. I have waited and waited but have gotten nothing except e-mails to my questions as to when I would receive my package. It is now going on six weeks and still has not even shipped. The money was taken from my account and I have asked for a refund and to cancel the order and still nothing. If I dont send the emails they dont send anything to me about any of it. I am done waiting I want a refund for what I ordered and feel like this company is a scam.Initial Complaint

February 4 I placed an order, which was fraudulently adjusted after I placed it. I wrote to have them correct the order, got no response so I wrote to cancel the order. On March 13 I received an email that my order was out for delivery and today, March 14, I found it on my front porch. I've filed a dispute with my credit card and have had several emails back and forth with Clarion. Th.ey asked if I want a discount of 30% to keep the items or if wanted to return it they would respond with directions for the return. I responded asking them to clarify the statement that if I did want to return the item that they would respond with directions to accomplish that. That statement was followed by a statement that if they didn't respond within 30 days (deadline to return), they would keep the offer open. This company is definitely a scam and has taught me to always check with website before placing online orders, if I ever do place any online orders again.Initial Complaint

I have tried countless times, to contact Clarifion about my order placed on 1-25-25. I have left numerous emails and messages. I did receive an email approximately 1 month ago, telling me that they were back ordered, but would let me know when my order would be sent out. I have given up due to no response to emails or telephone messages! I just want my refund, at this point! And, YES! I still get emails to order new products!! Unbelievable!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 Clarifion DSTxs air filtration units and 9 Clarifion DSTx Filters and 1 Porch Pirate Protection for $4.95. I placed the order on 1/19/25 and the funds were immediately deducted from my ****** account. I have yet to receive the items nearly two months later. I have lodged numerous email complaints through the company's support email and receive stock responses about back logs, etc. I have tried to call the number provided by the company: ************ but it always goes to voicemail, with no call backs. This is clearly a scam. I wanted the product to help with airborne pet allergies and ordered -- and paid for it -- in good faith. I placed an order for Clarifion Air Ionizers on January 26, 2025. I received 9 units on February 6, 2025. I never opened the package as I had read too many negative reviews and contacted the company about returning said product. No one is available by phone. After multiple emails, I received the one on February 14th saying they would accept my return and I would get a refund minus a $9.95 restocking fee. The instructions were to provide proof of my return via a copy of the postage receipt. I mailed the units back via **** on February 18th and followed the directions. When I attempted to send them the pictures of my initial order, my **** receipt and the actual box itself, my email was rejected by *********************************** I have since attempted to send it again with same results. I have gone through the contact us option on ************************** and gotten no response. They received my package Feb 21, 2025. I have no other option of where to send my proof that I did return the products and have gotten nothing from them saying they have it. Therefore, they have my order back and the money I originally paid. I just want reimbursement.Initial Complaint

On January 23, 2025 Clarifion deducted ****** and ***** through our ****** account for products we never ordered. We disputed those charges numerous times but Clarifion never responded.
