    Absolutely horrendous customer service experience. Spoke with ****** *. Request ******* When booking my flight, the site was having technical issues and Multi City wasnt working. I had to book three one way tickets instead as we were going in a group and I wanted to make sure I was able to secure my flight and ******** friend booked the next week using multi city feature and saved $300. I called customer support and they told me its not a problem and to file a claim using their online tool. Turns out, it was a problem. ****** C said as I didnt reach out and alert them of the technical difficulty or have documentation, they cant adjust the price. I told him to cancel my flight and Ill rebook myself and he said its non refundable. They basically scammed me and are stealing my money. I have used copa airlines over 6 times and unfortunately this is the last time I will be using them. They are a company who will never provide customer support and I will make sure to let all my friends know not to use them again.

    Even though you do the online check in and get your electronic boarding pass, they still make you get in line and verify your documents which is code for making you get a paper boarding pass. Its a complete waste of time. Also, they make up excuses to check your carryon luggage. The size of my carry on was perfectly fine for one leg of my trip, but they deemed it too large for the second leg, even though the aircraft was the exact same model with the exact same capacity for carryon luggage. It doesnt matter if youre a prepared and experienced flyer, they will waste your time and treat you like youre the idiot. Theyre practice are not customer friendly. Flying with them was the most frustrating experience I have ever had.

    They are scammers. I wish my friend never recommended this company to me (it was cheaper) and I wish I never bought a ticket with them. I had a refundable ticket, that I could not use due to moving out of state. I was told to submit a refund request online. And just wait and wait. I submitted a request on March 10th. June came and I never got a a response or a refund. I called couple of times inquiring why and they don't know. All they say is, we will escalate this because you were supposed to receive a response by now. Now it is July 24th. Zero resolution. There's no way to reach billing department, you just talk to customer service and theysay they have nothing to do with the billing department can't authorize refunds. what a joke. They are a joke and should not be allowed to do business in US or anywhere on earth. Zero stars.

    Horrible airlines probably the worst Ive ever flown and thats saying something. No one seem to have a sense is of urgency there constantly giving out wrong information made me miss two flights because of if. I will ever fly this airline again.

    Very unprofessional. They refused one of our girls to get on the form because she did not complete check in 24 hours prior. She arrived with plenty of time hours ahead of the departing flight. She lost her money and had to rebook entire flight. They allowed standby passengers ** fly. We flew business class and the service was terrible compared to Delta. My daughter had booked separately because her team booked her flight. And there was an empty seat next to use and they refused to let her move to that seat. We even offered to pay money. They said no. Not customer friendly. We traveled for a softball tournament home from ********* to ***. We checked 5 bags and they lost 2. They wrote on a piece of paper claim form that they lost them and could not track them. It takes at least 48 hours to possible locate them. When we called the bags are not in the system. The man ****** was extremely rude at the *** baggage claim from COPA. The lady on the phone customer service tried to help but nothing is in her system and she couldn't reach baggage department and can't share phone number to that department with me. Just terrible would never ever fly again.

    We traveled on 7/2/22 to ****** for summer vacation, we got there but my moms luggage didn't get there; we filed the claim and they told us her luggage will get there the following day, to make story short we spent our summer vacation without my moms luggage, she had valuables and medication I reported the lost and they will never get back at me with any response, when I got back I kept calling them they told me to file a complaint on line I did, they told me to submit paperwork I did, now they are saying they never received my information??? I mean it's been 4 months and my mom is waiting for her luggage or her money she is a senior citizen and this has caused her distress, this is very frustrating and upsetting we need our money now! Copa is a very bad airline I will never fly with this company! If I could chose a 0 star I'll do it they don't even deserve 1 star.

    My mother bought two plain tickets for the amount of $ 934 right before the pandemic stared, (Covid -19) Since there was not an option to travel all the airlines hold the ticket a grand the customers to travel once the pandemic was lift up, she tries to reschedule to travel to ********* since she has not since her loved ones for a long time. Copa Airline took away one of the tickets and give her only one plane ticket for the price of $ 934 violating her right and postponing her traveling day. the last day they give her an itinerary was to travel October 25th without a final confirmation from the Copa Airline finance Department. I Called aging on October 14, 2022, around 2 pm to follow up with the finance department and guest what not clear answer again, they told me that finance department will call me the next day with an answer, but no one call me the next day, so I called the around 7 pm LA time. they said way until 10 pm but not called again. I call yesterday twice and spoke with and the same process he put me on hold. and at the end same answers this case in the finance department hands guest what there is not contact number or email for the finance department and the only answer is front the customer service area that has not control and Knowledge of this situation.

    I have called many times and spend hours on the phone with Copa Airline customer service representative. numberers times put on hold to tell me at the they don't have and final answer.
