The company keeps charging me after I've already cancelled my subscription back in September of 2024. ***** has gotten back to me and once they finally did they asked me for a tracking number for further investigation when they can just look up my information to make sure that I am not further charged on my account.Business Response

I was the biggest provider of AI art on the internet on their website on Earth and I was permanently banned and had all my artwork deleted and they did not refund my money because I told them on their site you should not be posting or allowing the selling of images that exploit children they had exploitated children on their website and they are located in ******** I reported it to the *** I am a member they deleted my account and then told me they would not be refunding my money for reporting violations of their policy which prohibits the sale and distribution of sexual content with children in it because other users were getting paid money from **** photos of minors on the website which I submitted to the agency to report police violations. At around July of 2024, I was logged out of my account. I had paid for a Core membership. My card is on auto-pay. When I tried to get back into my account, I could not. I know how to recover lost passwords and all that but it wouldn't work this time. I contacted support multiple times to ask them to help me log back into my account and I get silence. DeviantArt customer support was contacted multiple times requesting removal of my account that has not been accessed in nearly 20yrs. Customer support agent requested I provide the former email address associated with the account that I do NOT have access to. I have provided DeviantArt all known email addresses to me, but they state that the details do not match the records on file = I have requested to provide an alternate means of identity verification (such as a LEGAL proof of ID/drivers license/court document, etc.) but they have not accepted this as an option.Since they claim the details do not match their records I have reason to believe that my account is HACKED and wish to have it removed from their site entirely. The customer support agent has provided NO RESOLUTION to address that my account is compromised and that the details aren't available to me. I am rejecting this response because:
DeviantArt has not provided a resolution to the request. I have requested further details for resolution because I am left to assume that the account is compromised. As such, I have requested DeviantArt to either:
A - Provide an alternate reasonable means of account verification. Since the account has not been accessed in more than 10 years, it is unreasonable of DeviantArt to request that I use the same device or details formerly used to access the account. I AM however able to provide the physical address, phone number, full legal name, and other personal details that would identify me as the true identity that created the account - thus far ********************** seems unwilling to accept these universally accepted legal forms of identification in lieu or old email account data.
B -Provide a means to formally request removal of the account under applicable law. I have requested DeviantArt provide me the information to make this formal request, but they have failed to give me this information.
As a result of DeviantArt's failure to provide a reasonable resolution to the situation, I am left to pursue the following assumption...
Treat the account as containing data that has been modified by parties other than myself (Compromised identity or account details.) If it is to be assumed the account is compromised, it must also be assumed that any agreements made under the current terms of service for use of DeviantArt's website have not been authorized by me, and as such would imply that I do NOT agree to any of DeviantArt's terms of service or agreements that may have been modified since the time in which I have last knowingly signed into the account. (Per **********************'s own policies - If I do not agree with updated terms, the remedy is to discontinue to use the service - for which I am asking to do by having my account removed)
If the account cannot further be recovered by me (the legal owner and copyright holder of the content published under the named account) then the account should be REMOVED for the simple fact that it is to be assumed it is a compromised account, and thus would be in violation of various authorizations or agreements for use of the site.
DeviantArt is required to provide me a means in which to formally request that personal data be removed from their website in writing. I have requested this information, but have not been given an appropriate response to resolve this request other than through the compromised account or providing email details that do not match the known data. If DeviantArt's policy is only to allow removal of the account by signing into the account, then they MUST provide me a means to do so.

For the past year I have been harrassed by a group of users on DeviantART. These have involved threats of physical violence, blackmail attempts, false legal threats, slander, cyberbullying, hate speech, stalking, death threats, suicide-baiting, and intentional attempts at psychological harm. It has been a full-blown harassment campaign lasting a year.This has more than met the requirements for ToS violations including making alt accounts to get around my blocks. They have followed me to other websites and shown pride when I attempted suicide thanks to them. When I deactivated my account they celebrated and announced they would stalk me to other websites, even admitting false flag operations to get my ******* account suspended.Despite reporting them many times Deviantart support has repeatedly made bizarre excuses to defend them and do nothing yet were always quick to penalize me for any attempt I made to defend myself or spread the word of their actions, usually using "personal attacks" as an excuse against me despite me doing nothing close to what these stalkers do. They also claim that one user's post-block contact was allowed because I responded to the sockpuppet and thus I started it. No, I don't know how that's meant to make sense, but that's what **'s customer support said.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Another automated response? You've spent three entire years deliberately enabling this harassment campiagn that has included cyberbullies threatening my life and planning to find where I live to come murder me. They have stalked me to other websites, doxxed my real name, and you've ignored every single report I've ever made about them, even the obvious death threats. When they've clearly broken DeviantART ToS and admitted to it, you even made bizarre excuses for why it doesn't count this time. You've punished me for trying to protect myself from these cyberbullies and let them run amok on your site. They've even been harassing your users and casuing fights and rama for at least ten years before now and you've always turned a blind eye. One of them says he's friends with the ** admins and I'm starting to believe he was telling the truth. That has to explain why you've spent so many years deliberately protecting them from your own rules and punishing their victims. And I see you haven't responed to my request for information for a police report on these attempted murderers, either. Very telling.

Currently: I gave the business 2 weeks to reply to my email per my last complaint. My complaint was actually marked as "resolved" because I gave the company so much time to respond! Unfortunately, nothing has been resolved with this business. They noted on their response that I could easily reach them at any time to get a solution to my problem. I have emailed the company from 3 separate email accounts with no response after 2 weeks.Situation: I have sent over 40 emails to this company, all saved. I have tried every phone number on the Internet to reach this company, including Wix (the company that bought them), with no response. I have an old account I cannot access - it is impossible without help. My personally identifiable information is on the social media account, which is protected information by law. Deviantart states that they can help reactivate (to delete, in my case) an old account if provided reasonable information. I have sent my driver's license (my account is my legal name), dental license, and even proof of attending the university listed on the social media page, with no help from the company. This company claims that they are available to help, but they are not. This is my last step to receive help prior to moving forward with an attorney (as, this far, I have only been receiving guidance). It is complete negligence from this company to disregard my emails for such a simple task when the information being listed on their website is legally my protected information. As I cannot reasonably access my account without help, ******************** is solely responsible at this point in time. I want my information taken down and I want someone to contact, directly, to achieve this. If they continue to blatantly lie about how easy they are to reach, again, on the BBB website... I have a social media account from 14 years ago I have no means of deleting. I am currently a practicing dentist and would prefer clients to see my professional life when they search me, not social media accounts from over a decade ago.I contacted deviant art with over 10 emails. I cannot access my old account. I cannot reactivate my old college email (as explained by my college's IT department, which I contacted). ****** will not delete my account (I've submitted over 10 requests to ******). I have requested to speak with the website administrator & receive help over several emails which have been given no response by deviant art. My PII is on deviant Art's website: first and last name, and email (including which college I've gone to). I don't believe there is any reason deviant art cannot help me with this issue - I feel willfully ignored. I truly have no other means to remove this information aside from help from the website (deviantart) but all my emails are being left unanswered and ignored. I have went as far as supplying them with my professional license and drivers license to prove I am the account owner. I have saved all the emails with deviant art, ******, and my college. I have made it clear that the information you are requesting from 14 years ago is not available.I have provided legal documentation showing that I am the account owner. The account name is my legal name. I can also show I was an attendee at that college. Your own rules say that decisions can be made with reasonable information.
Your solution is to provide information that is unavailable. Why can you not use my legal identification? Is my only recourse to move forward with my legal team member? If so I will need them to see I have exhausted all possible options & will likely pursue expenses - this has been completely unreasonable.

I emailed this company on 4/16/2024 to request deletion of my account that I have not accessed since 2011-2012.I could not do a password reset to log into the account and delete it myself because the email associated to that account was deactivated for inactivity.They made me answer a series of questions which were difficult to recall seeing as it has been over 10 years since I created the account. If I got all the questions right, they would assign a new email address to the account.They claimed I did not pass their test even though I supplied them with a photo of my I.D. to prove that I am the owner of this account.It's my own fault for using my real name on my account but I am in the process of removing any personally identifiable information related to me from the internet. This should more than suffice. Per your email you reserve the right to determine account/content ownership, and ***** or deny access based on our reasonable judgment. - this provides that your decision was made out of pettiness and an abuse of your imaginary power.You have several complaints against your company for banning accounts without reason but when someone supplies you with concrete evidence that an account that hasnt been used in 10+ years belongs to them, you wont help them.
