Regarding this location (***), the person claiming to be ****** is a total liar & dishonest person. And the person claiming to be the General Manager agreed and defended Morries multiple lies.I was referred to the *** location by the *********** after our ph conversation on 8/30/23, at his AutoMed shop on ******************************************** in ***********. After explaining to him my cars A/C System situation he suggested to call the *** ************* to Mo or ******. Because the *** shop is best setup to diagnose/work on A/C system for ******** vehicles.So, I called *** shop, and spoke with ******. I told him Mr ** gave me his name and number, explained the situation and agreed to make an appointment for a FREE computer ******************* I made the appointment for 9 am Tus 9/5/23.When I arrived at the *** shop, I asked the attendant for ******. He told me ****** was in & around busy. I explained to him of my telecon with ******, specifically the FREE ******************* He said OK, and made me fill out some paper work to leave my car and call me later. I agreed, and waited for my ride back home.To my surprise, a few minutes later out comes the Gen *** and stared telling me that for the computer ****************** theres a charge of $180. I immediately told him about my conversation with ****** over the ph confirming it was FREE ? Which was the reason for the appointment. At that point, the attendant who I first encounter, made me fill out the paper work, and told me ****** was in & around busy .. said *************** ! And denied any conversation we had over the ph in front of the Gen ***.Needless to say, I got very upset with the DOUBLE LIE from ******, plus the fact that the so call Gen ***. defended Morries double lies. So, the *** proceeded to tell me to get out of his property.
