      On April 20th, I received an email about continuing an application for Podercard I had not applied for any debit card or to open accounts. I called this business that same day and was informed that I did not authorize this application and it needed to be cancelled. I requested to be transferred to their fraud ***** to report this and hopefully flag anything else that would possibly be using my info. The operator "transferred" me over to that **** but then came back on the phone, stating that they were busy and that I could call back later. Fast forward to today, I received an additional email stating I needed to create a password. I gave them another call, requesting to know if it had been closed like the previous operator informed me it would be. This operator also informed me that there was no "fraud ****" and unsure why I was told that. Their process is to write down my name and number and someone would return a call. She made it seem like she could not retrieve that information about the application and just rambled about not knowing if they had a fraud **** or not. I have been a victim to identify theft before and I'm trying not to have to continue to deal with this and their poor consumer support.

      I completed feedback before December 1, 2023 and am supposed to receive payment of $25.00 for completing 50 feedback surveys. I did as such and downloaded their app. I completed the sms verification for the app yet when I try to even view the virtual card to use it they're is another sms code verification. I successfully got through the first verification but it will not send the 2nd one to my phone number so I cannot access my "reward". I've reached out multiple times to customer service with NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. I have never received a physical card and online it says you can do that in the app, which is false. This seems very scammy to me and I have a young child and this close to Christmas I was looking forward to using something that was contractually promised to me. This is very unprofessional and this company should be held accountable for willfully deceiving the public.

      On August 5, 2023 I made a purchase through Instacart. I used a ebt card and my podercard to pay for everything. After I check out I received a email from instacart saying some of my items might be out so I needed to pick something else. So I decided to cancel my order. After I canceled my order I received my money back on the ebt card instantly. On Monday I contact instacart and they released the hold on the $20.37 I charge on my podercard. It's Friday August 11, 2023 and I'm still waiting for podercard to put the money back into my account. I already contact them two time's with no luck. On Monday when I called them the person I spoke to said I'll get my money back later on thar day but I never received it. I just want my money back but it seems like they don't want to give it to me. I'm uploading a screenshot of my conversations I had with ****** from instacart showing they released my money on Monday August 7, 2023.

      I am being a user of podercard for a long time but since there program is closed that's why my bank all functional is also closed but I don't have much good experience with this financial bank. I recently reported the unauthorized transaction and they provided me the case id but still they aren't responding and also not also given me my provisional credit as well.       I am a customer of ********************** for a long time. And i was so happy with their service. But all of a sudden my debit card was lost and i got some unauthorized transaction with my ****. And mostly the transaction were made to money transfer sites and since saberespoder card's doesn't have two step verification of security verification for making transaction that's why i funds was moved easily without my concern. I would like to get help for having refund for my all unauthorized transaction that was made from my account when my card wasn't in my possession.

      I use their rewards program and I have not *** any of my rewards from the surveys I do thru them. They have given me the run around for days and ** getting sick of waiting for them to fix my account. I haven't had a deposit since July 6th from them. I want my money on my card from them for my rewards. I need something done or I will contact a lawyer to get my deposit on my card.

      I have $60 with some Change sitting on my account. I have tried since Tuesday night of this current week to get my funds off my card. No feedback only generic emails are being sent as a response. I work hard for my money and my child need formula and my money is being played with.

      I have several transactions that were not made by me on my card when I filed a complaint on the transactions made my money was never refunded and they close the case on that and then when I finally did get one refund back they permanently locked my account and left my remaining balance in there and they won't release my funds.
