I have several transactions that were not made by me on my card when I filed a complaint on the transactions made my money was never refunded and they close the case on that and then when I finally did get one refund back they permanently locked my account and left my remaining balance in there and they won't release my funds.Business Response

I accidentally purchased the wrong subscription for my ring doorbell and I used my Poder card to pay the amount of $39.99. Ring processed a refund of $39.99 back to my Poder Debit Card on June 13, 2023. On June 14, 2023 Poder Saber restricted the debit card I used to make the purchase because they transferring to a different bank July 10, 2023. I have called them several times to asked why did they restrict customers debit cards so early before July 10, 2023 and how can I get my refund of $39.99. I was told there was nothing they can do and my debit card they restricted will not allow incoming transactions, meaning that my refund of $39.99 will not be refunded to my card they restricted. They are not concerned and careless about customers getting their funds back. I'm frustrated and very upset because they are not trying to resolve the situation about me getting my refund back. I have attached a email of proof of the transaction of the purchase off my Poder card and I have also attached a email from Ring of proof of my refund issued. Can you please help me get my money back. It seems as if they are taking our money and not trying to resolve this issue they cause. On March 1st I was thinking of getting two phone cases for two new cellphones I purchased. I saw two cases on Amazon.com, and I did purchase them. Then, I saw other phone cases that were cheaper than the ************** so I decided to cancel those orders. And I waited days and days for the authorization to clear, but it never cleared. I contacted the ************** bank (Green **** to tell them I had contacted the merchant and cancelled the order. But then, I was told by Amazon that certain banks may hold the authorization and never return the monies. I have an ongoing dispute going on with Poder card. Which is financed through green dot bank. I have been waiting over a month to receive a provisional credit to my account. I have had to file the same charges twice now because they denied my first claim in less than three days. Three days is not enough time to correctly investigate any financial errors that have occurred. They are practicing unfair banking practices and not even following the law. I need my money as soon as possible. Every time I speak with someone I am given a script a lie and the runaround. I need results today. My first complaint corporate emailed me and told me to contact them just to tell me the exact same thing. I need my dispute credit of $482 that they refuse to give. They stated that investigation can take up to 90 days however, if a decision cannot be made within 10 days, a provisional credit will be provided. I have spoken to several representatives that tells me I have to still wait 45 something odd days. They refused to give me any credit or my money back. Every time I try to speak with the dispute team, I am told that I cannot speak with them. Regarding the complaint filed by ******************** #*******, SABEResPODER has informed ******************** both through SMS/TXT notifications and via direct conversation with a ******** Service Agent about the Rewards program ****************** and has provided referenced articles addressing questions as to "Why Sometimes You Qualify and Sometimes You Don't" in association with the Rewards program. Eligibility for Reward program surveys are based on participant profile selections, eligibility survey qualifiers, and qualitative responses. Some surveys presented to the user do not have a reward value. Abandoned surveys are not eligible for rewards. These are among the determining factors for program eligibility, participation, and payment. Since her start on 10/20/2022, ******************** to date (01/23/2023) has participated in 319 surveys while earning/payout of $230.50. In addition to the 319 surveys, 30 surveys completed did not have a reward value (no rewards), 9 were unfinished (no rewards), and 1 was completed but the participants' answers failed the qualitative validations (no rewards). Regarding the complaint raised by ************** #*******. SABEResPODER has advised ************** of the Terms and Conditions in association with the disbursement of the Rewards program payment. Once a minimum of $10.00 has been accumulated, our platform will process any winnings of $10.00 or more that have been accumulated. And since 10/10/2022 ************** has been notified via SMS/TXT on twenty plus occasions on the status of her payment disbursals for each query she'd raised. Subsequently, a distribution would be made through the issuance of a Prepaid card. The end-2-end process involves a period of 4 to 6 weeks. ************** joined the Rewards program on 10/08/2022. Since inception she had earned $82.63, paid $61.75, and a current balance of $20.88. Payment was disbursed on 11/22/2022 in the amount of $38.22 for October earnings, on 12/13/2022 in the amount of $23.53 for November earnings, and notified on 12/23/2022 that any accumulated balance is subject to payment being processed and subsequent disbursement during the 3rd week of January.
