I strongly advise against considering this company for any services. My personal experience with them was highly unsatisfactory. They improperly applied a ***** coating, resulting in numerous large bubbles forming because it failed to adhere correctly to the roof. Despite my many attempts to communicate my concerns about the extensive bubbling issue, they showed little regard for it.At first, their response was dismissive, asserting that the bubbling was inconsequential as long as no leaks were present. Regrettably, when the bubbles eventually led to a leak, they failed to acknowledge their responsibility for the repair. A truly reputable and professional company would have swiftly addressed the issue and provided a long-term proper solution. In contrast, this company opted to gaslight and ***** its accountability, avoiding any genuine efforts to rectify the situation. We had to pay to do an emergency temporary repair in the rain. We were assured that the temporary solution would suffice for a few months until a proper long-term fix was implemented. Unfortunately, despite the assurance, the promised resolution never materialized. Their approach revolved around sending misleading bids with no genuine intention of following through, clearly hoping we would eventually relinquish and go away. Whenever we attempted to reach out for a response, weeks and even months would pass without any acknowledgment from them, leaving us completely ignored and frustrated. We sought opinions from other roofing companies regarding the issue, and both independently confirmed that the company responsible for applying the ***** coating had performed a subpar job and should be held accountable for rectifying the problem. Considering their lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their work, it is best to steer clear of this company and find one that values customer satisfaction and provides high-quality service.Business response
