I paid in **** ***** loan- already paying on) back i January 2024 and was told the Camper would be ready in spring ******** I have continually gotten the run around when asking when it will be ready for pickup. Bought the camper to use to go to conventions/events and have already had to cancel and delay several of them this summer. I would like the produce I purchased 6 months ago or a refund, NOT continually excuses for delays and no timetable for the actual finished product (custom camper). I am not only paying a loan on a product I still don't have but it is also costing money to cancel/delay already paid for events/conventions. I feel like I was given a bad faith contract when they took my money for a product that they can't/wouldn't deliver on their timeline (even now have no idea when it will be available).

I am rejecting this response because:

The company called last Friday and told us they would get the camper in front of production queue and done in August. The owner **** wanted to give me an update at the latest yesterday, Monday July 1st and he didnt.
So we forwarded the information from the bank to them to pay back the already paid off loan for the camper this morning.

    Sincerely,

We purchased a Happier Camper Studio. It arrived at our home in August of '22. Right from the beginning there were several problems with the camper that we worked with a local trailer repair shop (through Happier Camper) to resolve over a period of over a year. Happier Camper finally decided to pick up the camper to see if they could fix it themselves. We told them that we no longer trusted that the camper could be fixed and wanted our money back. In Oct '23, they agreed to sell it for us. It took them until mid May of this year to sell it. (They sent us 2 payments of $500 in the mean time as a way of trying to cover the interest that we continue to incur on our loan, waiting for them to reimburse us (now totaling over $8000), which we had to badger them for after they stated that they would be reimbursing us an additional $5000 for the interest, which they never have). They told us that they would be sending us the full purchase price of over $60,000 as of 2 weeks ago (following language from a 6/11/24 email, "I'm sorry for the delayed response. We will be processing your refund in the next few days..." We keep waiting and waiting with very little response from them. Now after sending daily voice mails and emails for the past week 1/2, they have successfully transferred $10,000 (although they didn't tell us that it would be coming in pieces, or inform us of the transaction, so we had to guess it was from them). 5 minutes after I posted a complaint on ********* I received the following email, "I wanted to inform you that we have successfully wired $10,000 to your account as part of our recent transaction...Additionally, please note that we will proceed to wire the remaining balance within the next couple of weeks..." I have demanded that they overnight a check for the remaining amount via mail or tell us why this is not possible. Haven't heard back. Seeing online this is happening to others. This has affected our health. PLEASE HELP!

I am rejecting this response because, Happier Camper repeatedly stated that they will resolve this issue shortly going on months. This is yet another nebulous response that offers no clarity on what they have done with the money they have received for the selling of our Camper to a 3-rd Party, which they informed us happened 1 month ago. We need to know why they aren't able to over-night a check to us with the remaining balance immediately and why they have instead chosen to transfer the money a little at a time over a period of weeks. It has been more than 1 year that we have been waiting to resolve this issue, while we continue to incur interest (not totaling approximately $9,000, and counting). We have no product and no money. Only continued emotional and financial stress. We need a firm date, and manner we can count on for when and how we will receive this money. They also agreed to compensate us $6,000 for the lost time of use, and that was when it was only a few months.

    Sincerely,

Purchased a brand new camper December '22. Was delivered January'23. Upon receipt, the premium windows immediately began showing issues with leaking. After much complaint to the company for almost a year over these leaking windows, it was agreed in December '23 to replace these windows with the standard windows and discussed over the phone was the return of the premium that I paid ($1200). New windows were sent out- they were the wrong size. Another set of windows were sent out- they were damaged. A third set of windows were sent out (March) and were finally installed. Discussed over the phone and via email was again the confirmation of the return of my $1200. Since March '24, I have made several phone calls and sent several emails inquiring about the return of my money. We are now at the end of May '24, and I have still not received the refund of $1200 that is owed to me.

I purchased a travel trailer from Happier Camper in November 2022. It was built at their facility in **, and delivered to me in February 2023. I paid $49,006 (including delivery), plus about $4,600 in sales tax upon registration in my state.Happier Camper explicitly uses words like comfort, and you can be very comfortable in extreme temperatures. Implicitly, I believe it was fair to assume that components of the camper would be new, and that it would be built for safe use because of its intended purposetowing long distances.Upon delivery, I immediately began spotting flaws in the camper. There were ***** parts of the frame and tow hitch, and components that were improperly installed (for example, the stove top). Other issues presentedthe water system leaked into the battery compartment (a service provider later told me that they did not use the correct parts or install them correctly). The biggest issue was a large metal bracket that dropped from the bottom of the camper, immediately after a trip (thankfully, we had just returned home). I discovered that they had used bolts that were too smallwhich put me and other drivers at risk. Currently, Im experiencing leaks (water and cold air) due to improper sealing of the ** unit on the roof and improper sealing of the doors and windows. There are also design problemsthere is an ** unit that is too large for the unit so it is deafeningly loud when you use it, and there is an awning designed to keep rain out but it is not flush with the camper so rain pours into the door.I have been working with HC, and while they have connected me with service providers to fix some of the issues under warranty, the poor quality of the camper renders it useless as the product I was sold. I cant count on it being safe, it is not comfortable, and it is definitely not very comfortable in extreme temperatures.Since the product does not function as advertised, I would like to return it for a refund. I can provide pictures.

As of 8/5/23, I am owed a $400 reimbursement check form Happier Camper for warranty work that I had to pay upfront to the ** mobile tech. Happier Camper received all of the necessary forms filled out by me to be reimbursed. I am yet to receive this check. I am sent multiple emails inquiring about its issuance. I keep getting the runaround. I have also not received the part that is needed to fix this broken item, that is covered under warranty. I have also sent multiple emails inquiring about when I will be receiving this as well. Runaround on this as well. I need help getting my money owed back as well as getting the part that is needed to fix my trailer.
