On June 29, 2023 I went to ******** **** of ********** and purchased a 2019 ******** **** E 450 Coupe. VIN # *****************. The salesperson was *********************************** and the finance manage was *******************. I signed a power of attorney for the business to get the vehicle registered in my name, get the license plate, and pay all fees and taxes to the ****************. I made them aware that I was out of state and they told me that I had to ship the car from ********** to ***** *******. I paid them to do everything. They assured me that they would take care of everything. They shipped the vehicle to my address 5 to 6 days later and the vehicle is sitting here in my driveway because I don't have a tag and registration. I have called the salesperson as well as the sales manager and they both have given me the run around. I called the finance manager and he won't answer the phone or return my call. I called the California DMV and they told me that ***** has not requested the title and that the vehicle is still titled in their name. ***** needs the title, bill of sale, and all fees and taxes which I have given them and to forward all of that to ******* and then I will receive the necessary documents and tag. They refuse to do this. I have reviewed the BBB website for complaints in regard to ***** and it is full of complaints about out of state people having a problem with this business getting the sold vehicle registered, title, and the tag sent to the customer. Seems to me that their ******************** rating should be lowered until they get it right.Initial Complaint

To Whom It may concern,For about two years, I have been experiencing problems with my ******** ***** and ************* has done nothing to help. The jolting issues on my 2019 ******** **** A220 4 ***** have never been fixed. I am afraid to drive because I am a young woman, and I cannot afford to get a new car due to financial issues. I have been without a car for several weeks because they haven't been able to fix the same issue. In addition, I have had to request ******** loaner cars consistently when my vehicle is being repaired. I want this to be over and to have my car fixed for good.It has caused me emotional and mental distress to have to pay for rentals when they don't have loaner cars.******** has found the issue, however, the problem will return. I have been to their locations approximately 10 times due to this issue, and I feel there is never a resolution. It has been evident each time I visit ******** **** that they don't care about me as a client. The whole process of trying to "fix" the jolting issue has taken nearly over a month, which has become unbearably stressful for me. The car problems have affected my work as well as my academic life as a student.Ideally, I would like someone to contact me directly about what is happening to my vehicle, have it fixed once and for all, or trade my vehicle for one that works, and get reimbursed for the rental car fees I have paid. reserved a loan car (no charge) for her to use while we diagnose her issue.

Bought a car from ***** and he said they would provide a license plate frame and give me floor mats. ***** has ignored many of my attempts to have them shipped, and still has not shipped them. I purchased floormats and a cargo tub on 10/29/2022 using my Citibank MasterCard credit card - $298.70. It shipped on 11/9/2022 ****** tracking ************) and was received on 11/11/2022. The order was received incorrect (floormats - different designs front vs back) and damaged (cargo tub - shipped folded down the center and creased) and was shipped back via ****** tracking ************) on 12/30/2022 and was received on 1/2/2023 by "MMIGUEL." The replacement backseat floormats and tub were sent out on 1/2/2023 via *** (tracking 1Z97Y01R0342473472) and was received damaged (cargo tub shipped folded down the center and creased again and floormats sent loose in the box and were bent up) again on 1/5/2023. I returned these via ***** (tracking ************) on 1/24/2023 and they were received and signed for by "MMIGUEL" on 1/26/2023. I have not received my refund to date. I have attempted to work with *********************, *******************, and ***************** regarding the refund, but my phone calls are not being returned and I have not been credited back to date for the return that was received by the dealership on 1/26/2023.Business Response

I took my car in for repair as my car was dragging. ******** after review confirmed a transmission was needed ******** stated a deposit would be needed prior ordering transmission ******** installed transmission without my knowledge and deposit We agreed to an adjusted price due to error Transmission was paid in full The same day I picked up car after driving the car performed/ drove the exact same I called and emailed immediately - got no response I went drove car to dealer with car not going faster than 35 mph continuing to drag The car was then delivered on tow and driving again exactly the same Transmission has a warranty which is great The problem is the dealer failed in verifying the problem with car as car drive the same as first date delivered to service department I reported to corporate they mostly handle new car but backs and recommended to file complaint with BBB as most ******** Dealers re Independently owned.******** allowed me to drive loaner car during repairs however when I lost the key to car I was told a small dent was in the loaner - what appeared to be a made up reason to not return loaner car during repair on transmission I payed for lost key and alleged dent - when I ask for pre trip pictures and or repair work order ******** ignored request the same as not reposing to my help call after car was and is without repair The car is currently with a specialist as I have not been able to drive vehicle one day since delivering *********************** has confirmed the dragging/ gear not catching still exists ******** refused to drive car more than 30 min to understand what repair is needed The independent company drove the car and confirmed problems as well as was stuck I have requested a refund for transmission as ******** DTLA stated don't bring car back anymore I am still without car I paid cash and card - since ******** gave up on repairing their own vehicle I simply would like my funds returnedInitial Complaint

12/16 I left my lights on while at a spa and my battery was dead when I tried to start, I called Mb roadside since I had paid so much for the service they said they would send the closest person and an hour later he was there from this dealership and *******, my car has a port for jumping so you don't have to take the battery cover off, and for a reason. This guy attached a battery to the battery terminals and a jumper to the port and not in the right order I don't even think you can put anything on the negative at all. The battery would have been fine if he just jumped it as instructed in the owners manual and let it sit for 15 minutes, he was in and out in 15 saying something was wrong with my battery and to tow it to the dealership. I had someone come after him and charge the battery according to the manual and the battery is fine but the car still won't start he fried some relays and or circuits and it won't turn over. My car sat in that parking lot 4 days before I was able to get it towed, but to the dealership that I've been to before in ******* hills. I told them what happened and the first thing they said is that they have nothing to do with that dealership, ok, well I have nothing to do with which dealership they dispatch a jump sprinter to come and break my car. It's been over a week and this still isn't resolve I've emailed every manager there and waited 2hours on hold collectively and have talked to nobody. I don't see why they can't just come to some agreement to benefit a customer. I've missed 5 days work 1 drs appointment and have to cancel my Xmas plans because I used their car jump service and nobody there will call me back, it's disrespectful and it's the type of client abuse that ******** is becoming known for. I've already mailed in my small claims demand so that I can file and take them to small claims court the first possible second I can. I bet they will send somebody then.Business Response

I'm more than a little surprised not only by ******** reply but also that ******** replied, it's been over a month on here, bbb had to reopen the case so they could respond and their response comes after about 2 weeks of radio silence from them. ******** hasn't contacted me since I asked them for the diagnostic and they replied with the estimate for the diagnostic from the other dealership, this is very concerning since I was told that they were actually doing a diagnostic and that they would cover it, so finding out that they hadn't done one and were just going to pass off the other shops estimate of one also shows that they can't be trusted. They also said on here and the first day that they had the car that the damage wasn't caused by their shop, if they haven't even properly diagnosed the problems then how did they come to that conclusion. The "discounted" service they offered is "*******" to fix a starter that a) wasn't broken before they laid hands on it and b) at only 50k miles and having 94days left til service since the last one, where it was over service and overcharged at ********,should be good and if it's not it would mean it's defective and be covered under lemon law as the part is supposed to last *******k miles or 80k starts. I have told them I want proof of the diagnostic and I want every part that they take off to be saved and returned to me and the only message I received back from them since was asking me what I'm going to do about the car. Over 45 days have passed of missing work and doctors appointments, missing Christmas with my family,And I'm not the easiest person to get a hold of, I understand that, recently disabled and still having to work(have to afford my car and insurance payments) I also now have to pay for rentals since I was teased with a loaner but never actually given one, which makes sense because it would have been a long time to have a loaner. Despite all that they should have contacted me or maybe fixed the problem before wasting all the effort to re open their cold case and post on here, which I'm assuming is more about appearance than anything else, which as I'm unfortunately learning first hand is the ******** way.

On 8/24/22 I went into the Dealership. I just want a call from someone above the finance officer. I want to guess my experience there and attempt to get some resolution to this transaction. I dropped my car off at Mercedes Benz on Nov 3, 2022 they said they were going to replace the torsion bar. They also promised to Detail the car which was not done. They had driven my car 24 miles. The Mercedes & Me App showed by my car ***************. I was not able to talk to the general manager there. That is who needs to contact me. Do you know who oversees that Automobile industry? That is probably were I need to go next. This is situation is far from being resolved. They charged me an outrageous Interest Rate on my loan. I have an 874 credit score. To say the least. Please help any way you can.
