    This is the worst car rental company I have ever dealt with.Firstly, the car was filthy and smelled like an ashtray before I checked in. There was ash and filth everywhere from someone smoking in the car before me. I sent them the pictures,cleaned the car on my own expenses and when I asked them to reimburse me, they told me since I couldve cancelled my reservation after knowing about the smoke smell and the ash and the filth but didnt, they wouldnt do anything about it. They literally leave the car in parking lots of random auto shops so they dont have physical employees who clean or sanitize the cars.So its all you.They only text with you so you are literally just talking to an AI with prompts.They implement all sorts of predatory pricing practices.I ended up paying more than double the cost of what the webpage says the price of the rental vehicle should be for the week.I paid $800 for a car that said $365/week. I was completely shocked and ** still disputing the charges. When I was returning the car, I took a picture of the fuel gauge and uploaded it.In the next page, it said the fuel would have to be Full to avoid $70-150 fee, so I went to a gas station a mile away, paid $5 of gas and filled up the tank.However, since I had already checked out the car, I couldnt turn the car on and take a picture of the Full fuel gauge so they charged me $70 for not taking a picture of the fuel gauge before I filled it up. Im still disputing this too. Every other rental company has fees mentioned clearly on the first page but not these guys. Youll be shocked at all the expenses at the end.The engine light turned ON after a week of driving the vehicle and they convinced me to drive it for another week while it kept on pinging me every few hours to take the car to the dealer.I sent pictures to them maybe 5 times but they kept on wanting me to extend the reservation telling me its safe to drive when I clearly knew it wasnt.They should be shut down.Never do business here!

    KINTO is a contactless carshare service. We do not have attendants at our lots but offer 24/7 customer support with live agents via text and email. We also have partners who clean the vehicles after each weekly reservation. However, as good community members, customers are responsible for returning the car as clean as when they picked it up. At the time of pick-up, a customer has the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and contact us with any issues, and our agents can authorize a goodwill cleaning reimbursement at that time. During a reservation, customer support will ask customers to return the vehicle to the pick-up location if there is a mechanical issue. The vehicle must be returned with a full fuel tank, just as when they picked it up. We have evidence of a full tank before pick-up and the customer returning the vehicle without a full tank.
