    Horrible service! Placed my order over 3 weeks ago, the items were never delivered, I reached out to the courier and they said they dont have my order number. The edikted website has no phone number only an email and Ive send numerous emails but have not gotten a response. When I try to chat on the website it asks for my order number, once I add my order number the chat ends. Basically they charged my card and never sent my order and its impossible to reach them! Will never order again!

    The worst refund policy! Its probably illegal to deduct any discounted items from the customers refund. If a person buys an item on a discounted item and finds out the item doesnt fit, the customer should be entitled to the full amount they paid. Instead, this company feels they have the right to keep the money that was discounted for themselves, while leaving the customer to pay the full amount if the item is returned. The refund policy is deceiving. You have to click onto another portion of their return policy to see what they will actually refund. Do not buy from this company unless you actually know you are going to keep each item!
