Purchased clothing from Kim and Avva*****************. They were used and not what I ordered so I requested a return. The return was to be sent to Retail Reworks which it was and received on 5/31/2022 per *** tracking. Order placed on July 12, 2022 for three clothing items. I received the order confirmation email, funds were deducted, and there as been no other contact. My daughter placed an order April 25, 2022 which has not been shipped by the business, Kim & Avva. We requested a refund and they said: We regret to inform you that we can no longer cancel your order nor process a refund since it is currently in process and we have already assigned tracking information on this. You may track updates of your order here:******************************************** with your tracking number*******************. I ordered 2 sun dresses from Kim & Avva back on 3/31/2022 and didn't receive the items until 5/9/2022, it took over a month to receive my order. Once I received it, the sun dresses fit terrible and it was very difficult to get them to agree to a refund, they tried to get me to take a store credit but there was nothing else on their website I wanted. And with the ridiculous shipping time I was all set with this website. I had to pay to ship the items back which was fine, but I shipped them back on 5/16/22 and still have not received my refund of $89.48. It's been 2 1/2 months. I have emailed them multiple times (about 20 to be exact, they don't have a phone number to call) and I get no response. Looking for some help as I believe this company is a scam.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 "You found my ************* dress" totalling $54.99 per dress on May 8th 2022. I have emailed them at least 3 times and have gotten no response at all. I have still not received my dresses or money back. I am very frustrated. Every time I look at the order status it states that it was shipped from China, no tracking number and nothing else. I purchased 2 dresses from Kim & Avva and while it took a month to arrive, it finally did. Unfortunately, it was too small so I had to send them back. They received them but have not sent me the larger size or refunded my money. I was emailing with their customer service but mid-May was the last email and they stopped responding. At this point, I want my money back plus the $31 I spent to ship the smaller sizes back since their return button wasn't working so I had to make a generic label and pay the international rate to get them in the mail within the 7 day window.Initial Complaint

I ordered a dress from Kim and Ava in March 2022. It arrived in May 2022. It didn't fit right, and I asked to return it. They said I could, but I would only have a partial refund 39.99 of the 54.99 that I paid. I shipped it back to them with the shipping label they provided, and it was delivered to them on May 26th 2022. I have not received my refund, and they have not responded to multiple emails, and multiple messages on their website.
