    After viewing many advertisements of assembles, I decided to sign up and give me wardrobe a different look. I was a fan of many of the outfits in the advertisements so decided to sign up for the Premium Plan. Month after Month I left messages on what I felt was very low quality apparel and many of the brands provided do not have websites. The one brand Diamond Supply, I found the hat that I had received form them on their website and the quality and design were nothing like the version online. What this appears to be our chosen styles were Threadbeast goes in and mirrors brands to those stores but fulfills orders with 3rd party brands or apparel flaws purchased from the stores and sent into boxes. After a few discussions of requesting to cancel, I asked the team member if he could guarantee and improvement in quality which he then choose to stop responding. I recently signed up again on an offer for half off which when I received the box, received similar low quality clothes in addition to the wrong style of pants I had selected. I voiced my concern was offered an exchange and then have not heard a single response from the company. I have requested an exchange and cancellation of my account which would fall within the time period for cancellation.

    We strive to provide a variety of items that align with our members preferences. While we aim to include items from members favorite brands, inventory constraints may lead to additional brands being included in our boxes.     2.Communication with our Team
    We do not see on our records any discussions regarding the guarantee of adjustments not being responded to. The only email we saw that was missed was one asking our team if we could  provide a deal for a box that did not qualify for the promos at the time. Even this message should not have been missed and we do apologize for not getting back to you this time.

    We do see you signed back up a month ago, and reached out sharing your dissatisfaction about receiving shorts in your box. At this time, we offered and completed an exchange process for you. You did mention youd be reaching back out to let us know if youd like to continue your membership. If you would like to cancel your membership, please just reach out to us at ************************************ , we do not currently have a cancellation request on your account.

    Good evening, I am writing this complaint because of the run around Threadbeast has given me the last couple months when trying to cancel my subscription. I received my last box in August 2024. I wanted to cancel in August, but I was told all that could be done was my account could be put on pause & the charge month moved to November. We are now a few weeks away from ************** been emailing Threadbeast since October began looking to cancel my subscription, but every time I get emails saying nothing can be done until the 7 days *********** account is charged again for Threadbeast to then cancel my subscription. That is unacceptable, especially when Ive emailed asking to cancel my subscription a dozen times & have given plenty of time in advance to have this resolved. I will not recommend Threadbeast to anyone because of how difficult they make the cancellation for customers spending good money. The clothes are nice but not nice enough to go through this difficultly with TB. Attached below is the email chain *** had with TB asking to cancel my subscription since Oct.7, 2024 until today Oct.21, 2024 (youll see I also stated I didnt want to downgrade my subscription for a lower price. Either TB ignored or have auto email responses for customers because l was offered a downgrade & given the same bot answer about why I cannot cancel my subscription.)

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you first reached out to our team on August 27, 2024 asking to pause your account. One of our agents let you know that we are only able to pause accounts for a maximum time frame of 2 months. We also did inform you that per our Terms & Services policy your account still remains with the same eligibility window, despite being paused or having a different payment frequency! You have within 7 days from the date your most recently paid-for ThreadBeast package is marked delivered in order to request to pause or cancel your account before the next billing cycle.

    You reached out once more on October 7th to cancel your account. At this point, your account was past the cancellation window. However, we are committed to positive customer experiences and have closed out your account despite being past the cancellation window. You will not be charged further unless you opt back in.

    I paid $310.23 in July for a box that they never sent me and have refused to refund my money. Therefore after trying to work with them, and after almost 4 months they acknowledge that they never sent me the product and still refuse to refund my money.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you joined ThreadBeast and were charged for a box on July 13, 2024. This box was shipped on July 17, 2024; however, due to an address issue flagged by ***, the box was returned to us. We reached out to confirm your address to facilitate reshipping, but it seems we did not receive a response. Instead, the charge was disputed with your bank.

    During an active dispute process, we are unable to process any refunds, as we must coordinate directly with the bank for resolution. We advised that if the dispute was dropped, we would be able to process your refund. We are pleased to confirm that once the dispute was withdrawn by your bank, your refund was successfully processed on October 10, 2024.

    Please rest assured that your account is now closed, refunded, and will not be charged again.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the response contained factually incorrect information as I presented them with information back in August that the dispute was done and they still refused to refund my money. In October, my money was only refunded because i pressed them about the lies they were saying and they had no response to back up their lies. My money was then refunded just a mere three minutes after they stated that they could not.

    My name is **** ***, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with ThreadBeast, which, based on my experience, should be more aptly named ThreadFleece.The ads and promotions present the service as offering stylish, designer-quality clothing. The onboarding process even asks for preferences among well-known and sought-after brands, creating the expectation of receiving high-quality items. After repeated persuasion from sales representatives, I decided to subscribe. However, upon receiving my first box yesterday, I was extremely disappointed. The box contained not one item I like, one pair of jeans, three shirts, a paper-thin hoodie, a pair of equally flimsy socksall generic brands of noticeably poor quality. These items in no way reflect the style or quality that was advertised. I attempted to cancel my subscription immediately, but there is no clear option to do so on the website. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, and I am now out over $80, which was a promotion for the 160$ package, the products are cheap and do not meet the advertised standards. I would like to return these items and request a full refund, as this experience does not seem to align with consumer protection laws.

    It appears you joined ThreadBeast on September 1st with a 50% discount on our Premium Box plan, which is typically priced at $150 plus tax. We understand that you were dissatisfied with your first box, as indicated by your 1/5 rating. Our team reached out shortly after to gather more detailed feedback and offered several options to address your concerns, including a complimentary exchange, an upgrade, or a credit toward your next box. On September 11th, you requested to cancel your subscription, and we promptly sent you the necessary cancellation form. Following your call on September 18th with one of our representatives, you agreed to proceed with an exchange and opted to keep your account active, but on pause, until November 1st.


    We are currently processing your exchange package, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as its ready. Once your package arrives, youll have 7 days to cancel your account if you still wish to do so, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

    Ive had a ThreadBeast subscription for almost year.Ive only received or paid for two packages, at first they didnt want to pause my membership. After threatening to cancel they paused it for a couple of months, that was around 3 to 4 months ********* (9/5/24) I remembered that I have an active membership with them, I decided to cancel. They said that because of their policies you can only cancel 7 days after receiving your package which I find it a bit unfair since Ive had already spend money with them and I should be able to cancel any time I want.This is complete greed since also, I do not enjoy the service, like I said I have already spent money with them.I am not looking to receive any money back or a refund, I like for then to have a more fair cancellation policy.

    I am filing this complaint against Threadbeast, an online clothing subscription service, for failing to honor my cancellation request and for unauthorized shipment of goods.Timeline of Events:On August 18th, 2024, I signed up for Threadbeasts subscription service.After reviewing their clothing examples, I found them to be of low quality and decided that the service did not meet my expectations.Within approximately 30 minutes of signing up, I requested the immediate cancellation of my subscription and explicitly instructed Threadbeast not to send me any packages.Despite my timely cancellation request, I received a notification on August 26th, 2024, from ***, indicating that a package from Threadbeast was en route to my address.Nature of Complaint:Threadbeast has disregarded my clear and immediate request for cancellation and proceeded to ship a package that I explicitly stated I did not want.     So I signed up for thread beast it's a clothing subscription where they send you clothes every month they showed a bunch of brands I like so I signed up but they make you pay before they show you pictures of items you like and don't like so I called them to cancel and get a refund cause I didn't like anything they showed me and they didn't have the brands they advertised so they closed my account and said it would take a few days for the refund. I have not received my money back and I obviously never got any clothes and when I emailed them about it all they say is sorry we can't give you a refund

    So, I have a subscription to **********, an online clothes-based company. I have their base plan for $60 and have received two boxes. When I first signed up, I thought it was for one box, and I could go back and add a monthly subscription if I so chose to do so. Now, when I try to cancel my subscription, there is no online cancellation available like most, if not all, other online subscription companies. I was forced to send an email, followed by a call I couldn't answer. I've tried calling back twice now with no luck. And now, since I'm past the asinine 7-day grace ******* I want to cancel my subscription for future purchases.

    I went online to cancel my membership as soon as I placed my membership. I have been given nothing but runaround and my membership was not canceled. My membership was finally canceled and I said ** going to get a refund and the representative stood quiet. I said am I going to get a refund and she said that they have a non-refund policy. I literally canceled my membership as soon as I placed it. And I want a full refund.
