    Placed a wholesale order April 9th. Asked to cancel April 12th at 13:44PM. Their response two hours later is that the order had already been processed and ready to ship. That's odd considering it hadn't actually shipped prior to asking to cancel. It just CONVENIENTLY so happens they shipped only AFTER I asked to cancel the order and directed me to their return info (which of course they keep a steep "restocking fee" but had they cancelled when I asked, none of this would have occurred). So either way it goes, the company gets your money. What a scam. After receiving the order, the print job is AWFUL. The attempt at distressing is pitiful - we screen print also and would never ship this. I went to message the company about returning it only to find out I HAD BEEN BLOCKED! WOW! It's almost like the company knew we'd return so they blocked me so I couldn't contact them about returning this pitiful set of shirts. I'm in the wholesale shirt business too and would never send this out not to mention, if a customer asks to cancel and you haven't actually shipped it it's good business practice to do just that. If we do not get a full refund (after sending these back) or unblocked so we can actually work to a resolution I will be doing a chargeback with my bank. By law, I asked to cancel the order and no, you had not shipped it at that point, and you didn't honor that. I don't want these pitiful shirts. Had I not been blocked, I might have just let the bad print job slide and keep these. At this point, it's more about ethics. You don't block a customer. Point blank. Not to mention why was I blocked? Because I said it was awfully convenient to ship an item only after I asked to cancel the order? Bad, bad business.

    This company is a scam - you ask to cancel your order then they MAGICALLY ship it several hours only after asking to cancel. WHAT A COINCIDENCE. They do not care about their customers. THEN they had the audacity to BLOCK me from contacting them so now I can't return the items which look AWFUL. The distressing in the print just looks like splotches on the shirt. We also print and ours never looks like that. It's disgusting when you block a customer from ordering from you. I should have given you a reason to block me so that it's justified. All I did was point out that it was a coincidence that they only shipped AFTER I asked to cancel. Tell me that's not a coincidence. The only thing they stated was that it was already shipped and that I could return - yea for a 30% FEE. NOPE I expect a full refund for such awful customer service AND product.
