Today 3/30/23 I went to a link on the internet that appeared to be an article about Keurig Coffee which I drink daily. The link led me to an article about Angelino's Coffee located in *********** and was written by "****" who lives in the same city as I do. I quickly discovered this was a scam as "****'s" actual location is determined by what city and state your computer is located in. I was easily able to manipulate the system to have the website claim that **** was in ****** or even cities that do not exist. I attempted to chat with their customer service, asking where **** is really from and if she in fact exists, and trying to get them to remove their deceptive advertising. On the first occasion I was assured **** was from my town and when I told her I though she was lying she simply disconnected. The second attempt I was told **** is a travelling person and they don't know where she is from. Again, once I pushed about this person being a scam to mislead customers, the agent disconnected.This is very deceptive advertising in that it is claiming a real person who is a real customer wrote this article, however it is very obvious that "****" does not exist and that it was written by the company itself or an advertising agency hired by the company, and is not a true customer testimonial as it is presented to be.
