After recently reviewing my credit report from your company, I noticed several inaccuracies that need to be addressed. The accounts in question are listed below:Company Name: TAB/SUNBIT Account #: 9699**** Balance: $2,049.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681g), I am formally requesting copies of all documents in your records that were used to verify the accuracy of these accounts. Please provide these documents in your response to this letter.I respectfully ask that you do not reply with a generic statement claiming the accounts have been verified. Instead, I expect to receive the actual records supporting this verification. If no such documentation exists, these disputed accounts should be removed from my credit report immediately, as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i) of the FCRA.Including unverified or inaccurate information on my credit reportand continuing to share it with third partiesunfairly damages both my credit standing and my reputation. I am writing to formally dispute the account referenced under account number ********* that appears on my credit report. This account was opened without my authorization and constitutes fraudulent activity. I have no recollection of applying for or consenting to any agreement with SUNBIT, *** Under 15 USC 1692g (Validation of Debts), you are required to provide verification of the debt or a copy of the judgment if I notify you in writing within *************************************************** documentation proving that I consented to this account. Without a valid, legally binding agreement bearing my signature, there is no basis for this account to exist under my name.Since this account was established fraudulently, I request its immediate removal from my credit report and that any collection activity cease. Sunbit **** 08/26/2025 requested that consumer (me) contact Hilton dental again and tell them to send back ****** to Sunbit ****, consumer contacted Hilton dental and relayed request.10. 09/24/2024, 10/24/2024, 11/24/2024 Sunbit *** withdrew on my account ****** each *******. 02/01/2025 ***************, consumer banking institution completed research and determined consumer was not in debt to Sunbit **** Consumer account credit back, is permanent.12.03/24/2025 Sunbit **** is atempting to collect on two of the months, half of the total amount the original dental service costed, that was never received and disputed with consumers bank and resolved.13. Sunbit **** threatens to report debt to consumer reporting agencies. A collection that is fraudulent.14. Sunbit **** conflict is with ************* in ********, **, not consumer.Business Response

I was checking the bank account and discovered these charges that I am now attaching to this complaint. People now a days want to make money here and there and some do it stealing. I have not purchased any products from this company, nor have I started any type of memberships. I have never heard of this company. I called my bank, and they have no phone number for this company.
