I subscribed to their free trial and deleted it within minutes because I could not find what I was looking for. I cancelled the subscription and did not receive a confirmation email and now I have a $39.99 charge on my account. I am trying to delete the account but their delete/cancel button all of a sudden does not work, but their button to "pause the membership" is functionable. I want to delete my account and move on with my life. I do not want their service neither do I want the monthly charge.Initial Complaint

My card was charged $99. I have never signed up for a free trial or have any dealings with this company. My identity has been stolen before and have a freeze on it. I have no idea how this happened. I researched the company and see getting a response is non existent. I have tried to contact them but instead of waiting I would like to choose this route to see if someone will listen to me and give me a refund asap.Business Response

Signed up for trial period and deleted account per website instructions for cancellation on 10/13 days before trial period expired. On 10/18 was charged $99 for premium membership trial over despite cancellation. (Reading other complaints does not seem to be first time issue).
